Lobster was good not too salty, but fried squid was over cooked though. I love the sashimi and oxtail soup was to die for. ... Every other items are equally good not great hence the 4 star. Imperial Sushi & Seafood Buffet is one of the best buffets in Las Vegas, if you enjoy seafood and sushi. One of the major... selling points is the all you can eat lobster, which is made in the Cantonese sauce, the lobster was satisfactory but everythingelse on the buffet was outstanding. If enjoy crab they literally have every type of crab (snow crab, Dungeness crab and bluecrab). I typically don't enjoy Dungeness crab but there's is very good. Even things not considered Asian flavor like barbecueribs were extremely good and the sushi was out of this world.
