It?s Sushi was a pleasant surprise of good quick sushi. haven?t been too thrilled with all you can eat sushi, but Its Sushi... delivered great quality sushi rolls and a fun dinning experience. It was packed only had to wait 15 minutes for a table. Weordered so many rolls and they were all fresh and decent quality of ingredients. Spicy dragon tuna, hawaiian roll, fried ricespicy tuna rolls, dragon rolls, spider rolls, etc etc. This is going to turn out to be my all you can eat sushi spot, until ifind a another one that competes. A good mixture of Japanese and Korean food. Ingredients were fresh and well presented. Loved the rice to fish ratio and the rice... is good. The uni was absolutely delicious. And Ama ebi was perfectly executed down to the fried head. The stars down is due tothe excessive use of the yum yum sauce on everything? even on dishes where it doesn?t list it as an ingredient. It?s like if yougo to a steak restaurant and they obnoxiously pour ketchup over all your meats. A little bit is good on certain dishes. However,it?s being used like it?s garnish. Food also tend to lean on the sweeter side which did not go well with the over excessive yumyum use. Crispy rice was not crispy or fresh. Pork belly did not get the crisp expected. Read more
After reading reviews of local sushi buffet in Las Vegas, we decided to try this new to us restaurant. Had to wait @10 minutes... for seating in a noisy waiting area playing music way too loudly. Also waited several minutes before we were waited on. Ourorder taker, Mauro was attentive, friendly knowledgeable. He quickly took our order and we started to chow-down within 5minutes. Although AYCE is limited to 90 minutes, we were stuffed in less than 45 minutes. Mauro checked up on our progress intimely manner, very little waiting time in between orders. Although meal for wife and I totaled in excess of $70+, I think weate our fill, worth the price paid. He earned his tip from us, ZERO complaint. If you ever had sushi, then you need not need toshow any photos of sushi. Quality seemed very good, nigiri was mostly fish with small ball of rice, unlike many other placesnow days, where rice is the main ingredient with tiny fish. Don't understand where the low reviews came from but, ourexperience was worthy of 4+ stars. Read more
Great AYCE. They have many choices other than sushi (skewer, sashimi, etc). Sushi is also great, especially the super dragon... roll! It's just the food may come slow in some cases, good to order early for second batch. Read more
