This has to be the worst place I've ever went to in my life. It has been next to impossible to go inside and get food since... before the pandemic. First, we placed a pick up order through Doordash and when we got there, they told us that they didn't have our order. So we... pulled out of the drive through line to check the order. It said that it was for this restaurant. So we got back in line,planning to just place our order. We got to the speaker at 9:20, and they told us that they were no longer taking orders andthey were closing. They close at 10!! First they lied and said they didn't receive our online order. We pulled out of the drive thru to figure out what happened. We... managed the cancel the online order and then rejoined the drive thru line. When we got to the order screen they told us theyweren't taking any more orders and were now closed. Read more

You guys are absolutely horrible. One of your employees just had a death in their family and how you treated him is... unacceptable..! He is a very hard worker and an absolute delight and it's an absolute shame what I heard. I will not be comingback to this Jack in the box as Ryan was the only reason I went. He made the drive thru delightful even on my worst day. Hedeserves better and I hope other people will agree. He was a great worker and you failed him. DO BETTER BUSINESS.
