Outrageous!! Never in my 20 years of eating Jack in the Box have I had an experience as unpleasant as this. I ordered 4 chicken... sandwiches and 2 sour dough jacks. And the 3rd chicken sandwich had too much pepper on it!!!!!! Distasteful! I?m never comingback to this location again and my kids will NEVER take another bite of this ?food?. Waited in drive through for twenty minutes and picked up two four piece chicken strips just to find not two chicken strips but... only one and no receipt in the bag but I had paid for two four piece strips. Not worth going back and standing in line. Read more
Most of the time they get the order right. However there have been a number of occasions they gave me someone else's order at... the drive through. You are better off going inside and ?? the order before you leave. Read more

They have an app where you can order ahead and pick up. The staff aren't friendly. While they do offer a military discount,... they're reluctant to give it. The cashier who claimed she's the store manager advised they give a military discount but nevergave it. Yet, she had no problem swiping my card. I asked to be refunded for the amount of the military discount. She said shecouldn't. I asked for the district manager's contact information and she refused to give. I reached out to their social mediasupport to request again and advised of the piss poor service from the fake store manager. Yes, I said fake manager. A realmanager wouldn't treat customers the way she does. Staff need to be retrained. Staff should be greeting customers and thankingthem. Stop hiding behind the pandemic for your piss poor service. I usually like coming to this location but whoever was in the kitchen November 27th at 9pm is a jerk! My order was very simple,... I wasn't expecting anything spectacular. The food was not cooked properly and slapped together like someone was obviously havinga bad day. I won't be eating Jack in the box for a while. Read more
