The manager in there is very rude and disrespectful. She has always been a person with the most nasty attitude to treat... customers, I don't recommend this location to anyone that doesn't wanna be treated this bad, to every question she has ahorrible attitude. Ordered a large fries and got the amount of a medium... the weren't even fresh. Some were luke-cold. Some had crunch and some... were soft. I was gonna go back up there but I didn't bail money this. I ordered 26 tacos and I get that was a lot yes but these were the worst tacos I have ever had in my entire life they are greasy... mush. Time: 9:10AM, arrived to dine in but doors locked, not even a sign where shows the hours or if it?s open or closed, didn?t see... anyone there but I wouldn?t even try drive thru because the past experiences giving the wrong order and being slow. Guess willgo somewhere else. Read more
They need to teach these young kids how to take an order when the system is rebooting. It?s not hard. 1. Write down the order on... a piece of paper. 2. Make the order. 3. Take cash and count back change to customer. 4. When the system is up and running, inputthe written orders. No computer needed. It was done like this for decades before computers were created. The store doesn?t losemoney and the customers get their food. Win, win. Read more
