The fires good ???? the chicken nuggets were hard/ cold not fresh at all my neice was not happy ???? age 5 statement ' bad as... McDonald's, under light 2 long ???? this I must agree and I don't eat Mickie D food, pls cook to order tku, very clean ???? andfriendly ????. Read more

Service was absolutely horrible. I was in the driver's seat trying to mediate between my severely ill father who was telling me... what he wanted, and the person at the drive thru. Every time my father tried telling me what he wanted, the person at the mickept interrupting by saying "sorry I can't hear you," when I actually wasn't talking to them yet. I tried telling them to holdon while my father spoke to me so that I can then reiterate it back to them, but this was causing too much confusion for them.Not a big deal, it happens. But this eventually led to someone else, presumably the manager, coming to the mic. This guy had areal bad attitude and was very curt and impatient, which was especially unnecessary since I was the only person in the drivethru. All dad wanted was a croissant with bacon egg and cheese and a side of hash browns. Well apparently it doesn't come thatway, and it comes with ham. When I asked if they can just make it with bacon egg and cheese without the ham, he copped anattitude again and said "ok well then I have to charge you separately for each individual item" as he ran down the list of everysingle ingredient that comes in the croissant that he supposedly has to charge extra for. At this point, it seemed like he wasjust overcomplicating things on purpose, so we just left. Next time, I will either go to a different JITB with better employees,or more likely I'll just go somewhere else altogether. Read more

An order of tiny tacos and one order of medium fries in the drive thru. I got to the window and asked to get another order of... medium fries. The lady at the window in a burgundy shirt said the don't have any fries dropped. ?????? What does that mean tome? Needless to say I wasn't able to order more fries unless I go in. So, your telling me you keep denying customers Theirforgotten items from the speaker unless they get off the car and go in? Sounds like she was more worried about her numbers thancustomer satisfaction. Read more

This restaurant needs to Update its Mobile App when they aren't fulfilling orders as well as update its Google times. Have 3... orders that need to be Refunded due to false advertising and marketing. Close orders in the app if you ARENT fulfilling themafter 9PM this store needs to be investigated for laziness. They quickly answered my call when I stated my complaints, but hungup on me as soon as asked them what is going on. I've contacted Jack in the Box through the website still haven't received aresponse. Read more

Normally, I would never give a 5 Star rating to a fast food location but our experience with one particular employee at this... location deserves mention. We used the drive thru window on this time and were greeted by an exceptionally friendly young manthat was obviously no stranger to a smile and exuded such a positive attitude it was contagious. Kudos to the manager of thislocation for making a great hiring decision. Read more
