This is fast food. I go regularly. I like this Jack because the service is always great. They are quick and kind. My food is... always fresh and made correctly. It's basic fast food, but it's fresh. I'm a drive thru person and the worker in the window isusually super busy and pleasant. There is some parking and it's free. I have not been inside for a long time. Read more
What is wrong with your night shift.. I had to repeatedly, repeat my order over n over again. Ordered a dble jack meal....plain... cheeseburger...screen was correct.. drove off and just like before, I drive halfway home just to notice they added lettuce andit's not PLAIN. Tired of this place! the new manager Anna is the best I have seen at this store in a long time. I had left 1 star for a prior manager, but Anna has... turned this store around so great it's like night and day.. she has her store and team running so well, and they are all sohappy and kind. I say give them a million stars Anna, Chris, Jonathan and Maria they all deserve a raise, bonus and vacation forimproving this store so much, Jack inbox would be very wise to keep them happy and not let them go! give them all 1 millionstars for such great service and product that was so tasty and great I will be back very soon! Don't visit here after 1am. Staff of 3 can't get 1 order right. I been sitting outside waiting for my fries and the Latoya and... Karen if that's there real names couldn't get it right. They brought me part of my order with someone else order which made mykids very happy cause that ended up being breakfast but the dinner I wanted never happen. I will be calling the restaurant tospeak with a manger cause getting off work at 130am they are the only Jack N The Box open near my house. I went through the drive thru and the young man working it was rude. He never said a word to me and seemed impatient. There... wasn't napkins in my bag and the food was thrown in haphazard into the bag. At least the food tasted good. Read more
I got diarrhea from going to this jack in the box. I I hadn't eaten anything prior that day and the person I went with got... diarrhea as well. We both are the tacos. Within 2 hours of eating there my stomach was killing me then it started. I've neverhad this problem with that jack in the box until now. Also it was very dirty inside there wasn't many customers yet there was noone trying to clean up the mess in the dining area. Read more
