Seems like every time I try to order a shake a night these workers tell me that the machine is down. I wasn't feeling all that... great and wanted a shake to sooth my stomach. This comes down to lieing and laziness, I looked inside while at the drive thruand it wasn't being worked on like the cashier said!! Absolutely awful experience yet again at Maryland and Tropicana location. Rude customer service rep. Ignored completely ignored... me for almost 10mins. Didn't even once look at me till she realized i was possibly recording her (which i was). Then she rudelytook my order slaming buttons and cash drawer. Food looked not even remotely close to picture... Order was missing my grandesausage burrito. I would recommend anyone wanting Jack in the box to go to any other location on entire planet (but avoid thislocation). Read more

Went through drive thru and half my order was wrong and the other half was ice cold. Had to go back around since lobby was... closed and asked if i could have it remade since there is no reason the food should be ice cold and wrong. I Was told that thefood that they made wrong will be remade since the other stuff was made correct it was not their fault it was cold. I was toldthat the lady who was helping me was just going off of what her manager said i asked if i could speak to the manager and shetold me ?well she?s not here at the moment so there?s no way you can? i asked who was in charge and she told me she was. I askedwhy she couldn?t have the food remade since it was ice cold and she told me it was company policy to never remake something thatwas made correctly no matter what condition it?s in. 0/10 do not go here, no one that was working had a good attitude. At 8pm tonight we went to grab something quick for dinner because it was a long day. But we couldn't go inside even though the... sign in the window said they were open inside until 10pm but no notice to them being closed early because of an issue .....Security guard in the dinning room was rude and told us oh well because we didn't have a car to go through the drive thrubecause we took the bus there and walked the rest of the way there. Nora is our service this morning. She's great with her costumer service even with bad attitude costumer next to me. She stand on... her ground and told the rude costumer who comes went there just to threatening her with bad reviews because of the pencil he askfor. I was like "bro you stand there like 3 to 5 secs and your being rude to these hard working people". Nora and her crewsdoesnt deserves bad rating. Pls who ever reading this, this review is my 110% honest opinion, good nice and awesome crews doesntdeserves to be treated like no body when they show so much care.
