My bf and I ate here but we ended up not ordering seafood, lol. I ordered the fried chicken, which was crispy and juicy. It was... 4 pretty good size pieces of chicken. My bf ordered the lamb chops and they were perfectly cooked and perfectly seasoned. Anyonethat eats lamb knows that the fat must be rendered correctly or it's just not right. The server and the service was impeccable. The ambiance and decor was nice and added to the experience. Would recommend. Fried chicken 8/10 Lamb Chops 10/10 Service10/10 Ambiance 9/10 Read more

Excellent service from start to finish! Very expensive but the food and service match the price. The stone crabs and grilled... seafood platter were delicious. Broccolini was cooked to perfection. I definitely would come back to Joe's. I particularlyloved that you get warm towels to cleanse your hands after each course. A service you don't always receive at fine diningestablishments. Joe's seafood and steakhouse is a great restaurant choice in las Vegas if you're looking to mix it up surf and turf style. We... ordered the seafood pasta and the rib eye, both were excellent. We also ordered both soups on the menu, they were very good.Prices surprisingly was cheaper than other high end restaurants on the strip. Cocktails are good, the server gave us a coupleof free celebratory champagne glasses to celebrate our engagement. Service was outstanding, will definitely be back next timewe're in town. Read more

Everything about this place is awesome. The food is insanely delicious. It’s expensive but we’ll worth it if you can... splurge and treat yourself. Mark the bartender was super nice and overly helpful. He even concocted a custom drink I asked forthat was so good. I ate here a few years ago when in town for a conference and knew I wanted to come back next time. Washoping it would be just as good and it absolutely was. You may be stuffed at the end of your meal but you have to still get thekey lime pie. It is out of this world. It is so rich and thick, almost as if it’s partially frozen. Soooo good. Thank youagain to Mark. Will be back again next time! Read more

Boy, was I really out of place here! While Joe's does not have an official dress code, everyone tend to dress business casual at... a minimum. The servers are all well dressed with tuxedo which gives this place a classy vibe! We came in from the hot Vegasweather so I was in a freaking tank top. That aside, the service was a bit slow but we were seated in the corner so thatcontributed. The bread was nice but the butter was like a solid bar of soap. We ordered the Manhattan clam chowder, crab bisque, select size stone crabs, and lobster mac and cheese. The crabs were cracked perfectly and we had no issue extracting all of themeat. The soup wasn't bad. I preferred the crab bisque over the clam chowder. The lobster mac and cheese really hit the spot forus. Joes had large pieces of ????. Make sure you make a reservation and dress up! Read more

The absolutely best place I’ve eaten on my 5 day vacation in Vegas. We got there about 8:45 with 15 minutes left before they... closed and we were seated without hesitation. The food was absolutely delicious. My steak was perfectly cooked. My wifeabsolutely loved her pasta. Our friends really enjoyed their foods also. I would highly recommend this place. The other greatthing about it was that it was inside of the Caesar Palace. If you’re ever in Vegas I truly suggest you go to the Caesar andsoak up the atmosphere. That place is gorgeous and humongous. Read more

Service: 5/5 Food: 4/5 (it was good don’t get me wrong) Order time: 5/5 Value: 3/5 So to start off the establishment was... great. I enjoyed the look of the establishment, taste of the food, and the attention to detail was amazing. The little thingslike the presentation and the simplification of eating the meal are what did stand out. I even appreciated the lemon nettingjust stop seed from ruining the experience. Simply put the details are there. That being said the taste wasn’t crazydifferent and the main killer for me was how crowded it was. Good for the business but a hassle for staff and guests. I wasunintentionally bumped by guests and staff. Which isn’t a complaint on the staff or guests it’s just tight. Personally Iwouldn’t go back but compared to others downtown I’d say it’s comparable or better. Most places in the casinos are tightwhich is why I personally am not much of a fan. Read more

Went to Joe’s for my husbands birthday. The restaurant is inside Caesar’s Palace by the forum shopping area. The service was... great very friendly staff they were very professional. Tried their variety plate appetizer “the whale” as presented sonicely crabs already cracked for your convenience. The server also offers a warm wash cloth to clean your hands with. Had thecrab stuffed shrimp as my meal with a side of mash potatoes was very tasty and a good size. My husband got the seafood platterwith steamed asparagus. Everything was good they also have a bar and nice selection of wines. It is very pricy but it is tooquality seafood at its finest. Read more
