I had a fabulous meal at Kaiseki Yuzu. Probably the best I've ever had. The flavors were delicate and nuanced, each ingredient... providing compliment and contrast to the others. The presentation was a thing of beauty, and the service was warm andwelcoming. Read more

At KAISEKI YUZU the Freshest ingredients are artfully presented in a simple elegant symphony of taste, and texture. CHEF JOHN... is a Kaiseki master. The service is excellent. A culinary experience you will enjoy. Read more

What an incredible experience! An unmissable break from the frenetic strip to have a soothing and well-paced dinner. We got the... standard fare, but definitely plan on upgrading to the higher tier next time so as not to miss out on the extra dishes. Servicewas very attentive and carefully explained each menu item as it was brought out. Read more

We were running late due to traffic and they were able to accommodate. Fantastic dining experience! Matcha beer was a first for... me, surprisingly light and refreshing. Im never a fan of A5 wagyu, but they way they prepared it wasn't too fatty. Thanks! Read more

An amazing dining experience, good food and lovely waitress. The atmosphere was very calm and the food was served in a timely... manner and prepared right in front of us. We got the Chiku ($165) set and it was almost too much food for us. We saw others the$210 set and thought it would have been too much so I think we picked the best option for us. The ingredients and presentationwas excellent, the waitress and chefs took turns brining food out and explaining the dishes. I cannot stress how kind andprofessional the waitress was. As for the food, I'll let the photos below tell the rest of the story... Read more

Yes, dining at Kaiseki Yuzu is quite expensive, but absolutely worth it in my honest opinion. My date and I had the Shou meal... ($210/person), which consisted of 10 courses of the most meticulously prepared dishes I've EVER had. You can taste both thequality of the ingredients, which many were imported from Japan, and the care that went into the preparation and plating. Itwould not do it justice to call it a great meal, as it was more into an exploration of how wondrous Japanese fine dining can be.Las Vegas is blessed to have Chef Azeuchi... Read more

Amazing first-time kaiseki experience! I chose the $200 option and did not leave disappointed. The quality and flavor... combinations of each course/plate was superb and you could tell that the three chefs were very meticulous and involved in theentire preparation process - right in front of you! I didn?t leave feeling stuffed/full but I get that wasn?t the point of themeal and appreciated how well it paired with my sake. I felt almost like I was in Japan itself even though I?d never been. Theyalso accommodated my shellfish allergy despite the difficulty it may have posed to them. Overall, yes it?s pricey but I would doit again in a heartbeat next time I?m in Vegas! Read more

Hard to find this legit a kaiseki outside of Japan. Really enjoyed everything and was every bit as good as what I?ve had in... Japan. Was very creative and our chef took time to come over and explain what everything was that he made for us. Takes 2hours and bring your appetite! The sake yuzu was very nice? refreshing cold drink.
