Reviews for KAIZEN REVOLVING SUSHI in Las Vegas, NV

Imagine, going to a revolving sushi place that doesn?t have sushi on the belts! It?s what this place is. In place are PICTURES... of the sushi that you have to place an order for? It should?ve been the first red flag, but my cravings for sushi hadoverpowered that small detail, yet, there was just MORE horrible things that?s yet to come. The two servers were sweethearts, they deserve a raise for the owner?s incompetence AND having to deal with upset customers. Their website wouldn?t load either, and when asked for the WiFi to see if that would help, that can?t be provided either despite them having TWO networks? I havenever seen so many dissatisfied tables before. Tonight, they had two trains that basically delivered food to the entirerestaurant. So if a table orders a lot (which they did), you?ll end up waiting 20 minutes just to receive 3 out of the 8 platesyou ordered yourself. You get to eat 6 pieces after 20 minutes of waiting and what?s worse is they?re charging about $4 a plate.$32 for 8 plates (2 pieces a plate). This place is a sad excuse for a sushi restaurant where the owner is on their high horseto listen to customer complaints / worker complaints. Lastly, the quality of the food couldn?t justify the $4 a plate thatyou?re ordering either. The ingredients weren?t the best, and very little variety. If you?re looking for a better time, make atrip down to Chinatown, over to Sapporo for sushi you can grab from the belt AND cheaper! Hell even KURA sushi would?ve beenbetter. The owner should listen to their server staff more often, their grace and poise during a dinner rush was what savedyour restaurant! Read more

This place is awesome. The prices are spectacular. Most of the rolls come in three or four pieces off the belt, specialty rolls... come as a full 8 pieces or so. Even cuter is the little truck that delivers the items to the table. Usually you can pick offthe conveyor belt but due to COVID-19 they are using the truck to deliver all items. I highly recommend the pink lemon roll. Read more

Place is kinda small but I was there on Tuesday and there was several tables available, the conveyor belt only have pictures of... the sushi because of COVID, but there is a small remote trailer that bring the food to your table so that make up for themissing sushi plates in the belt. We tried about 7 different items on the menu, Food quality was good, presentation was verygood and flavor was excellent on all the plates which is rare to find a place like that. Read more
