It's funny the owner of this location puts so much money into monitoring the dining area with some new cameras but they don't... have enough staff to ever serve food fast enough to make good money at such a visible location. Management....you suck. Staff isalways turning over and stressed because I've been waiting 15 minutes at the front counter so far today and nobody has evenaddressed me. Read more
The Absolute worst! The poorest customer service I have ever experienced from any establishment. I have given this location... several opportunities to fix the problem. I understand short staff is an issue, however the staff you have, should becourteous.There is no reason for anyone to be that rude and disrespectful. Shame on you for allowing this to continue. The youngAfrican American lady with the bleached locs, who said she was the manager is a whole liar. The manager is an African American man and he too is ridiculously horrible and unprofessional. Shame on him for hiring such a rude staff and not training them onsimple courtesy. KFC brand standards should be your focus. I will be letting your corporate offices know just how horrible thislocation is. You must do better. Read more
I wouldn't give any stars if I was able. I have been here a few times and food has been cold and over cooked. For fast food I... get it but would go out of my way to go to a different one to avoid this one. I asked for no corn in the famous bowl and amshocked at how it looks. There is hardly cheese on top wondering where the rest of the food from my famous bowl has went. Wouldrecommend any other restaurant then this one. Read more
We came for a 20 price and sweet tea. No sweet tea available. Cashier was laughing so hard trying to take our order that she... made us pull up to the window. Told us it was 39 straight. The most ghetto unprofessional cashier I have ever seen (tamara)ticket 2829. Had to pull around for 12 minutes for the meal we ordered. We wanted all extra crispy told us they can only do halfand half. And kfc wonders why everyone is lined up at canes. Given them chance after chance still the same bullcrap. 39 dollarswell wasted.sat In the car for 28 minutes out front. Our order was taken at 6.25pm and did not get the food until 6.52. Read more
Ordered on the KFC app for pickup. Was told 20 minutes to pick up. Got in car and drove to store and along the way, 15 minutes... after I ordered, I got an email my order was cancelled. No call, no text, no app notification. Didn't realize I had no foodwaiting for me until I arrived at the store because who reads email while driving? Aggravating and won't be back. Read more
Stood at counter and waited almost 5 minutes to place my order.....I was only one in line. Order was prepared timely...and when... was ready...representative mumbled his announcement of order. I showed him receipt...and asked if that wad it....got a quiet yeathats it. Probably won't go to this KFC again. Read more
I wish I could give them negative star. I ordered from Uber Eat a family bucket (8 pieces: 2 drums, 2 wings, 2 breast, 2 thighs;... 2 sides; 4 biscuits) at 32$, paid almost 50$ for Uber. But my order came like this. The sauce was leaking everywhere. I onlyhave 6 pieces: 1 wings and 5 (thighs/breasts), no drums. I did not get my biscuits. Very bad service. Read more
I agree with other people posting. If I could give zero or negative I would. I ordered the 2 piece with cole slaw and drink.... The leg was very very much over cooked and the thigh was under cooked. Cole slaw is not the same as other KFC's. This was mylast time. Popeyes has a new customer! Read more
