The crew guy its hard for us to communicate with him, because when we say something about our order its just like he can't hear... us. i dont know if he have a hearing problem or abrnomal, because his actions is not like a normal person, he is just likelistening but his eyes and his face thinking so far, cannot pick up what we are saying or what we are ordering our food. Does this location think it's funny? Are your employees having a good laugh? Do they enjoy messing up the order every time? I'm... on the phone with corporate this time. Usually they are missing a side or put the wrong side instead. I can usually handle that.I ordered them from Grub hub and left a note, WARNING them about this location's antics. And not only were my sides wrong thistime, I got a completely different entree! Instead of my spicy chicken big box and 6pc buffalo wing, I get a chicken bucket,large side of mashed potatoes and gravy, and large side of Cole slaw. NONE of which was part of my order. Forget it. So I just ordered online a wing meal, after 8pm on a friday night. It wasnt ready when I went to pick it up, so I waited... patiently...expecting hot food all around, and I got a warm mashed potato, barely warm biscuit and uncooked wings, after he toldme it was a cook to order after 8pm for wings...I don't come to KFC much.
