The food is consistently pretty good and they usually follow special requests except the last time I went a few weeks ago, they... got both mine and my mom's orders wrong which is unusual for this place. I don't know if they've got some new guys making therolls, or if it was the server's fault? The service can be hit or miss though. Usually the servers are super nice, but theyjust will not check on you at all fir like 15-20 minute gaps sometimes. I've been here at least 5 times and had differentservers and this theme was pretty consistent. What I like: Veggie fried rice -- A MUST TRY. Perhaps the most flavorful friedrice I've ever had anywhere. Bursting with onion and garlic flavor, I love it so much and get it every time. Joe's special(roll)- this is my go to roll. ****except ask for the ponzu sauce on the side, or ask them to omit it completely. Not sure why all the low ratings as of recent... went there a week ago and service and food were great. AYCE got bit sketchy as... some rolls are bigger than they appear haha but still delicious. Also typically AYCE sushi places have either time of foodlimitations and this one you have to eat what you order which is perfectly reasonable to me so come hungry! Read more
So here's the thing right. While their food was tolerable (not amazing nor bad) other than their spam musubi which was actually... the best I've had in Vegas they really lack in about everything price wise. You can order a la carte or do AYCE (all you can eat). We opted for the eat all you can though we did not bring our appetite.... They had very good service and was very attentive (it was not a busy night). The food was fresh and preparation was good. Notsure if we will visit again, there are quite a few competing restaurants in the area that are very good. Read more
Literally just got my food. I ordered a Las Vegas roll which is a deep fried roll and they ?forgot? to deep fry it?.... Seriously? Good thing it was through a delivery service so I?m getting my money back. Read more
Our family of 5 has been going here at least once a month for 10+ years, we used to LOVE it!!! The last 3 times it has been... absolutely HORRIBLE! The service, fish, environment...Just awful! Tried this place with some friends for the first time. It was ok to be honest probably won?t be back. So it was about 30$ a... person for all you can eat a bit pricy for the quality of food. The sushi was ok it wasn?t amazing and they had so much ricecompared to fish however they had lots if rolls to choose from at least. They have a variety of appetizers also from edamame todumplings etc. the usual apps. The service was ok we kept having to flag someone down so during our whole dinner we had 3different servers. Oh and BEWARE they auto-grat! They didn?t even tell us we just happened to notice it on our bills and its agood thing we did because when you get your card back the second receipt doesnt even have the auto grat tip listed on there butstill was charged it, it felt like they were trying to get double tip. Also its more than the usual auto grat amount normallyits 18% at majority of places and for 8 or more there was 6 of us but that part didnt bother me too much if you wanna auto gratfor 6 people thats fine but at least tell us. This is my first time posting a review about food. I would have to say that the food was horrible the sushi tasted very old. The... fried sushi rolls were super soggy. For getting the all you can eat I'd say the only thing was good was the shrimp tempura andmiso soup. I've worked at multiple sushi restaurants and I can tell you what they have at this place doesn't taste like freshsushi. Me, my husband, 5 year old son got food poisoning. Thank goodness my 2 year old daughter didn't. She only ate the misosoup. $100 down the drain. Besides the food, I'm happy that the servers were super nice! Read more
