They need to hire more poeple and train employees better. It took over 25 mins to order and get 1 drink. And it was the wrong... one!! the menu is also not up to date bc I was going to order something else but they told me they don't make that one anymore.Why is the flyer even posted on there then?? I even asked for less sugar but the drink is still overly sweet and the wrongdrink!!! I was suppose to be taro milk green tea and but they gave me the regular one. I didn't bother to go back. We loved it here! Cute cups with Kirby on them and the drinks were very good. In the Fashion Show Mall food court (3rd floor).
I have been to the other locations and they provided good service but this location is so bad. I went to this location yesterday... with my sister. It was just the older Asian guy working there and another lady. We waited long at the register for him to takeour orders which was fine because we saw how understaffed they were. It looked like he was training the younger lady with him.He finally helped us with our order but the whole time from my sisters order to me he had a bad attitude. We clearly told himwhat the order was but he kept saying what even if we were talking clearly. Then when it came to paying my sister wanted to usecash then he proceeded to say ?use your card because it will be easier for me?. THERE WAS NO SIGN WHATSOEVER THAT SAY THEYWERENT ACCEPTING CASH. So my sister just used her card ?to make it easier for him? then when it was my time to order heapproached me and said ?OKAY YOU? like really? Is that how you talk to customers? He also kept cutting me off while I wasordering ??????????? I was just so speechless the entire time because of how annoyed I was at him. Not sure what position heholds there but regardless of his position he shouldn?t be treating customers like that especially if they?re not being rude. Read more
I went here around my birthday, drink was perfect and no one had an attitude! I went here today, and definitely will not come... back. For starters, my drink isn't complicated: strawberry lemonade with mango popping boba. But I guess because I took so longsaying the order, the older gentleman thought he was cool to cut me off with an "okay." I wanted to brush it off but when Ireceived the drink, it was NOTHING like I had last time. It tasted like tart water this time. Gross. The only good thing aboutthe drink was the mango popping boba added to it. I didn't even want them to fix it because the guy had and attitude . Tip forwhoever the older gentleman was working around 4:20 PM on May 1st , if you don't like your job please find something else to do.Do not take your dread onto a customer that is willing to pay money for your service. With all the other boba places available, I would pass on this place. It is extremely Americanized, so it?s overly sweet, light... on flavor, and pretty generic. My first clue should have been that it?s a chain in a mall kiosk. I tried my default boba, a Thaimilk tea. If I were blind folded and asked to guess the flavor, I would have been lost! The server didn?t seem to like his job,so all in all, it was not a very positive experience. Read more
We ordered a strawberry slush and a passionfruit green tea. Both drinks tasted great. Service was quick as well.
Ok, so I'm here now! The staff immediately greeted me when I walked in. They were friendly. They walked me through my order with... patience. (If you have read any of my other reviews you know it takes me a long while to order. I ended up with almond milk teawith bubbles! Yes! Score! This guy is so rude. The first time I came he put full Oreos in my Oreo Wow Milk, making it hard to get it through the straw. A... few days later I came at 12:15 (45 minutes after they were supposed to be open) and nothing was set up and no one was there. Heshowed up right before my friend and I were about to leave. He rudely hurried me through my order and ended up getting it wrong.I?m used to KFT in Georgia and this was definitely below the standard. Read more
