Went on a quiet Monday night for some hookah. The hookah was great and they were so helpful at making sure that our hookah... experience was great! They kept our coals hot and clean and made sure we had everything we needed for a chill evening. Read more

Fantastic service! Especially by Jessica. Great hookah spot, and the furniture/decor was comfortable. Their food was also very... delicious including their Turkish tea served in a hot tea pot. Kind of tuck away from the main strip to avoid the large crowds,I enjoyed the intimacy. Read more

I went there on Monday January 17th 2022 I ordered to gyro combos I get home and I only have one. I tried to call them and it... goes straight to voicemail. I make the trip all the way back up there to explain the situation to them in all I get is a box offries no gyro. I will not even bother trying to call or go back up because they will find another way to mess up the order. Iwish I could say the food was excellent but I will never know now Read more

My wife and I visited Laila the other day and we loved it! We had the Adana and Lamb chops for dinner which were fantastic. The... food came out quickly and was amazing. The Adana was the juiciest and best we?ve had anywhere. The lamb chops were awesome andwas my personal favorite. We liked the food so much we got another order to go at the end of the night. I ate the lamb chopstoday and just absolutely love them. Our waitress Halida was super friendly and made sure to check on us throughout the nightwhile we ate dinner and smoked hookah. All the people working there really made us feel at home. We?ve been to a lot of hookahlounges around the world over the years and you really can?t always say that. The hookah flavors were high quality, the guyswere very nice in helping us pick a flavor, and they really kept on top of the coals. We?ll definitely be back because my lambchop supply is running low. We ended up going to this place because all of our original options had a long wait. We were seated immediately and the... restaurant was pretty empty. They do not serve tap water and you must buy bottled water. Their glasses need to be dried with arinse agent; they are very foggy and blotchy in appearance. My mom drinks only hot water, but they said we would have to buy teain order to be served hot water. I ordered the beef/lamp plate but they served me the chicken plate. I had no interest ineating the chicken but was already disappointed with the service so I didn't bother saying anything. We ordered the tabouli aswell and the veggies were not fresh and the appearance was quite dark. My mom ordered the beef/lamb gyro and requested a forkand knife but the server said, "you're eating a sandwich" implying she did not need that. When she brought silverware over, sheonly brought two sets, even though we had 3 people and requested another set. My mom just wanted to cut her gyro in half toshare it easier. I had to get up myself to grab my mom a set of silverware. The baba ganoush was okay; my favorite of thesubpar food I ate. They serve the pita bread in a locked basket which I had trouble opening initially. I'm not sure how theysanitize or wash the wicker baskets and they serve the pita bread directly from there which midly concerned me - particularlyduring covid19. I feel that they should line the basket with some disposable paper - even fast food businesses will do that withtheir trays (which are easier to sanitize anyway). They served us pistachio baklava on the house which was okay. It was softand I typically prefer my baklava crunchy. I'm not sure if soft baklava is a thing or if it was just older? The tip ismandatory and calculated into the bill. I personally would not have tipped much due to the service quality, but my mother waspaying. The server was turning away larger groups of 5 or more at the door (a blessing in disguise for them) despite Read more
