I am so livid with this location. I sat on the phone for 56 minutes before they answered the phone. Before they did answer I had... to call another location who call that store to inform them that the durango location had a customer on hold for over 50minutes. When they finally answered a guy told me they turned there ringer to mute. He then walks away without telling me he wasgetting the manager. Then some very rude lady who refused to give me her name started yelling at me saying "I am too busy toanswer the phone." She called me a liar when i told her there NO sauce on my pizza even though she didn't make the pizza. Aftertrying to explain myself and asked what she could do for a very upset who had be on hold for so long she agreed to replace thepizza but I had to ask her to l replace it she didnt ask can i replace it. During the call she even put the phone down walkedaway from the conversation as she said "I need to go help other customers in my lobby" as if my pizza wasn't a priority. As myhusband went back to get a replacement he had to wait, and another elderly customer came in and was needing a replacement aswell because they forgot to put vegetables on her pizza. I have grabbed a quick dinner for my family here probably 5 or 6 times over the past 18 months. Usually it's pretty decent for... the price you pay. They have the pizza portal for easy grab & go if you order ahead online, which I suggest you do. Every time Ihaven't ordered ahead, the wait time is unreasonable, even when not busy. It's a walk-in counter only with a cooler for drinks.$2.99 for 2-liter and $1.99 for 20 oz. bottles. Some seating would be really nice given the long wait times you almost alwaysexperience when not ordering ahead. Today, I went in and ordered an extramost bestest pepperoni pizza and a cheese w/ halfblack olives. The olive pizza was great. Lots of black olives. They definitely didn't skimp on those. The pepperoni, however,was pathetic. Extramost bestest are supposed to have "more" cheese & pepperoni. This was VERY shy on cheese and the crust wasdeformed. Half the pizza was very thin crust and on the other half, the crust was so big, it was almost half of the slices.There was hardly any pizza to eat on that half. After waiting over 20 minutes when I was told 7-10 minutes (not that big a deal,but typical of this store), I finally got my order. I had to ask about it. This was not an extramost bestest pizza. I told thewoman from the back who was making the pizzas this, and she was short and rude to me. I pointed out the crust and she actuallytold me that this is how they always come out because they can't touch the dough in the oven. How about making sure the dough isdone correctly BEFORE making the pizza and putting it in the oven??? Seems reasonable. I told her this is one of the pizzas Ialways order and they have never looked like this. She snapped at me and said "well what, do you want me to remake it?" Pizza is fine, food quality is fine, customer service is okay, but their food making is very slow. You create an order at 2:30... for a simple pizza, and it takes until 3:05 to get a pizza. First time here was great, but 2nd was not. They were 20 minutes late for my pizza portal order and the system was down to... update me so I showed up and waited with others. Apparently two large orders came in but I'm not sure making everyone else waitand decide not to come back was worth that order for them. They have their own version of Melissa McCarthy... Sounded a lot likeher and had about the same temperment as when she did Sean Spicer on SNL. Not sure I will be back. Read more

I wasn't happy with this place at all. Crust wasn't done ( ordered thin crust) sauce was overly abundant and the person behind... the counter seemed to want to be anywhere but at work. Think we'll stay away from Little Caesars for awhile or try another spot. Read more

The reviews weren?t good but I still gave them the benefit of the doubt. The customer service was not great. We heard a female... employee cursing loud and that in itself should of been a warning to leave. They took a long time for our simple cheese pizzas.We got them home and I was shocked when we opened the box. For a moment I thought they put sausage on our pizzas, nope they justburned the cheese. They never have the "hot n ready" pizzas ready to go..and its always a 30-40 min wait??? The portal time is always wrong, so... when you get there to pick it up, your order is never actually ready. I have had the employees tell me that the portal isn'tworking properly and that i will have to wait another 15 min! Not sure if its the truth or they just forgot to place the orderin the portal.
