They mess up orders all the time which we usually let slide but on one bigger order we reported they over cooked and apparently... left it out for extended period of time ruining our evening. We reported it and came in to speak to the manager, showed thereceipt and the manager said they would replace the order and said we could pick it up later. Now coming to pick it up there isa new manager who doesnt care if we are long term customer, doesnt care what promises were made. And is happy to not do right byus because he would rather do customers wrong then risk giving someone a pizza for free. I promise its going to cost a lot morescrewing over loyal frequent customers being so petty. We let so much of their problems and hassles slide and trusted them to doright by us because we rarely complain. Read more

This location needs a serious overhaul of management. The night manager is great, but the main manager needs to go. Also... ... This location is always understaffed, so best to avoid. 2 hours for a grab and go pizza is beyond aggravating Read more

This is no longer the Little Caesars I remember. They have less meat and less cheese on their pizzas and the prices are up. I'd... much rather go to Walmart and pick up one of their rising crust three meat pizzas. I do not recommend this store. Also, themanager was not helpful and looked at me like I was crazy when I said the amount of meat had gone down. He even brought out achart which proved nothing. Don't go to this store. Read more

This review is for Naesha. She did an amazing job staying positive and delivering excellent costumer service while working with... only one other person. She was bouncing back and forth between working the register and making pizzas to help with the backed uporders. She?s a valuable asset to the company and should get paid more for her quality of work. Good customer service is hard tofind. Little Cesar?s need to work on staffing and retention strategies so those workers aren?t over worked and customers aren?twaiting forever for their order. Read more

I was there a couple weeks ago and the young girl at the check out was so overwhelmed she had to excuse herself, I?m pretty... sure to cry. She hella looked like she had been weeping when she came back. I hope she?s doing okay. Pizza is pretty good.Exactly what everyone should expect from a $5-$7 pizza. Read more

They were really behind on orders and no one was in the front to pick up our order. The quick box wasn't working so alot of... people were waiting. The staff was not friendly and one poor boy had to deal with the angry people. One guy was waiting for overan hour and another was given cold hard crazy bread. I just got cheese bread and it was good. But I was annoyed I ordered aheadand still had to wait 20min because they not only didn't do my order but had to wait to tell someone I was here to pick it up. Read more

Went here for a cheap & QUICK dinner instead of suffering through walmart check out and was thoroughly disappointed. When i... ordered at 5:20 pm (walk-in) was told it would be a 10 min wait, 45 minutes later people who had ordered before me were stillwaiting for their pizzas. The kid working the register looked like he was new and still in training so i don't blame himHOWEVER, having just 2 people at peak dinner times probably isn't the best idea in general. Looking at the previous reviewsmakes me understand that its an ongoing problem and hopefully management will take notice and step up their "budget" for peopleworking. Read more
