Awesome food pizza was delicious decent prices and service
Have ordered from here several times and have always been pleased until tonight. I was understanding when they said they were... out of mushrooms even though there's a market just down the street. However I had also ordered a tiramisu and when our orderarrived there was an eclair instead. I called the store to let them know and told them no problem I would just eat the eclair.They said sorry and said that they would let the manager know. I said ok. When I went to eat the eclair about 30 minutes laterit was frozen solid with chunks of ice covering it. I called the store again and told them it was frozen they placed me hold.The lady then returned to the phone and said they were sorry that they were out of tiramisu and sent the eclair instead. I saidI understand that but why was it frozen solid. She said sorry and that was it. I asked to speak to the manager and she said hewas not there. I asked when he would be there and was told maybe in a few hours or in the morning. I then asked for a refund forthe dessert and she just said sorry. This is very unacceptable. Read more
A gem hidden in Las Vegas. Magura's pizza on Desert Inn is by far the ABSOLUTE BEST pizza shop in the Las Vegas Valley. I just... made this discovery a few months ago. What can I say but WOW. Got the two pizza 2 topping deal, these were my choices. So tasty. I couldn't stop myself. I had 5... slices before anyone else even had one. I asked for their garlic sauce on both instead of red sauce and it is a VERY good garlicbase. The dough is perfectly cooked and chewy, just thick enough to hold everything. I ate all the crust. So cheesy. Superfast delivery too and it was mouth burning hot still when it arrived. We recently visited while in town. They are under new ownership. Very friendly customer service. You cannot eat inside any... longer, but you can walk in and place an order or order online. We had the pepperoni pizza, spaghetti & meatballs (they arehuge!!!), garlic bread, salad, and eclaires. We loved it all. It was freshly cooked, big portion sizes, and tasted great. Thefood is reasonably priced. They also offer delivery, which is great! Read more
Great Pizza. Had a nice crunchy bottom & tasted like a natural baked pizza not overly flavored. Was perfect for our picnic at... the park, they even gave us some plates+napkins. Had to give it one start just to be available to write this comment. We placed an order online the money was taken from the... account and then they cancel the order, we called and the person over the phone acted like it was no big deal and just said ohwe are not taking orders right now you will get your money in 3 ???????????? this is a really bad way to run a business youdon?t play with people?s money. I can not say anything about their food but the way they run a business is horrible. Read more
