They were nice, but l ordered a sandwich with lettuce and mustard! My God, I had to return it twice! The manager NEVER... apologized! There were two people with me complaining. This is not the first time they have prepared my order incorrectly! They want you to return the order. Most places tell you to keep it, because they can't sell it! I am not trying to get freefood. I want my order prepared correctly. They all need further training. They need security, too many strange people in therestaurant. Zero stars!!! Read more
If I could give less stars I would. It takes 15 minutes to get through the drive through if your order goes through. Told that... the app takes ten minutes to refresh. Since when? Every other McDonald's in the valley gets out after the order is placed. Themanager doesn't know what she's doing and the staff have no clue either. This is the easiest job on the planet and they want 15an hour? Gotta earn it. Read more
Best location I have ever been to. Super clean. Nice staff. I have been to this location many times and it's always a pleasure.... They've never screwed up an order and always give the amount of condiments I ask for unlike other locations. Read more
Food quality: 5 The food believe it or not was actually pretty fresh. However , the length of time it took for 2 chicken... sandwiches and 2 apple pies should have been a lot less than 16 minutes for such a small order. Customer Service: 3 Wasaverage, basically compares to any fast food burger joint. Employees appeared to not be happy there,and the thought of goingelsewhere was an option. Scenery: 3 Their was about 4-5 kids loitering and trying to hustle McDonald's customers inside andoutside of the establishment. It seemed like staff didn't want to interfere with their operation. It's definitely a shady placeto grab a bite to eat. Overall,I'd give it a ?? rating, because it doesn't seem safe,and it also doesn't present itself in apositive way to potential customers. Read more
Usually a busy place with a pretty small dinner. The children's area, though, not opened. The place is clean & cozy. The orders... are completed fast enough & the employees are polite. Read more
absolute disgrace...not only is their drive through service slow late at night, but they completely messed up my order. I... ordered an original crispy chicken sandwich and when I got home I realized they gave me a hot n spicy McChicken in a crispychicken sandwich bun. essentially paid 4+ dollars for a spicy chicken sandwich. at least a spicy crispy chicken sandwichwould've still been worth the money even though I don't like spicy but come on, a tiny spicy chicken patty? really? Just that the location's drive through gets pretty busy in the mornings. Would suggest going inside to place and pick up order.... Also double check your order had to back into the restaurant to correct the matter. They were very helpful and took care of mealso. Read more
