I was there tonight 11/18 at roughly 6 pm. I ordered 2 double cheeseburger meals and some other food. I am aware they don?t... technically have a double cheeseburger meal, but you should know what that means. Also, there used to be a double cheeseburgermeal at one time. I get to the window and they didn?t put a third fry in the bag. So I said I ordered it. I was immediately metwith attitude from the person at the window, to which I said I ordered two meals, that should get fries. We don?t have a doublecheeseburger meal was the response, but it doesn?t matter, that?s what I, the customer, ordered. As the customer servicerepresentative it is your job to make the customer happy. She was not helpful, so I asked for a manager, I was met with evenworse attitude than before and she also said there was no double cheeseburger meal, as if that means anything to me, thecustomer. Then she said she would get me the fries and left, came back, and asked for money!! I mean I get that you forgot tocharge me, but that is not my fault, since I ordered them. Plus, the large fry is only about 50 cents in cost for them. This washorrible customer service, terrible attitude and is not the experience that someone paying, which is how they have a job in thefirst place, should be treated when they go out to eat. My husband and I mobile ordered a meal for dine-in and waited at the pick up location for our meal. An elderly gentleman was... standing at the pick up location patiently waiting. About 5 minutes later, a female crew member set out our order, yet did notdeliver anything for the other customer. We asked him where his food was. He said he was waiting for a coffee refill. Weasked if they were going to refill the man's coffee, she said they were waiting for it to be made. Asked how much longer itmight take and she rudely said, "I told you we are waiting for it to be made." Asked again how much longer and she rudely saidthey were still making it, but another crew filled it right away. We asked for a manager and she said there was no managerworking right now. Asked for the corporate number to make a complaint and she said not a corporate store. Asked for thefranchisee's number and she said they did not have one. Asked how to make a complaint and she said we'd have to come when themanager is working and there would be no manager working until Monday (we were there on a Friday). This is completelyunacceptable behavior from the staff, whether a corporate or franchise location. We frequent this store often and have neverhad a problem before today. We could not stand by idly while the staff ignored the man's request for a coffee refill and willnot tolerate such rude behavior from the staff, so we will take our business elsewhere, like In n Out or Burger King when wewant to grab a burger or other quick meal. Okay ill be honest when i review i like to be well balanced on my review. However this McDonald's is just bad....im sorry but... the workers here, alot of them are young and disrespectful. I was in line and a women came in with a bag of food and she wasgiven the wrong food. So she asked the young girl to please assist her on getting what she paid for. Well the girl looked at herand literally said " What do you want me to". In a ignorant tone. Thats when the lady got mad and asked for the manager. Becauseof that things got awkward and i just left. Now ive been here many times but havent been back because of a certant thing thathappen with a customer and had to do with discrimination...so after that happend i said i would never come back to thisMcDonald's. I wont go into detail due to that persons privacy and on going lawsuit. This place is a must not ????????,Forinstance theres this asian young girl in a deep blue shirt , ive literally seen her 2 to 3 times completely disrespectcustomers. A male customer was trying to return his food. The words she used were utterly offensive and vulgar. You can tell shelets her position title rub off on her personality and how she treats people. Im sorry but i really dont like her. She even hadthe motive to disrespect this elderly couple because they dropped there orange juice. As you can see ive been to this McDonald'smore then few times and have witnessed alot. Its not like im there everyday just once outta couple weeks to get small lunch orcoffee and a apple pie.. and it just seems theres always something going on there.....The last thing i have to say is that asiangirl in the deep blue shirt should NOT be given the "privilege" to have the position she has. I am VERY PLEASED !!! This McDonald's Location is PRISTINE !!! From the Entry Doors being Clean to the Lobby and Dining Room... area as Well ! I was Greeted with a FRIENDLY "Good Morning" ! The Clerks (and Manager) we're VERY COURTEOUS !!! The Food was HOT???? and FRESH !!! This is My First Visit to this McDonald's Location and I WILL DEFINITELY be Coming Back !!! Read more

Don't come here and use their kiosks and get a middle aged Asian manager to bring your food to you. He will slam your food down,... give you attitude, and then walk off. If you must go to this location, don't let the long drive thru line that stays in themiddle of the street turn you away. Read more

I've been to this location twice in as many weeks. The reasons for 3 stars is they're slow and nonchalant/ uncaring each time I... was there. Nothing wrong with the food. It's the service. When I ate inside, we had to wait for someone to bring us our orderbecause we used the kiosk, which was fine. But, it took 15 minutes as if I was ordering from some fine dining restaurant. Everyone ignored the constant beeps from the fry machine and obviously every other machine the entire time. It was not a veryrelaxing indoor experience. I then tried drive-thru. Things went well until I had to pull around for the wait on fries. I sat inmy car 10 minutes, then went in. Told the girl at the register, she told the manager who was preparing orders-twice- in-between her serving two orders to indoor customers. I stood there 15 minutes total while watching all but the last 2 large fryboxes being served to drive-thru customers AFTER me, beeps constantly going off. Upon the server's 2nd reminder to the managerthat I was standing there waiting, he simply handed me my order, dryly replied sorry about the wait, and went about hisbusiness. After waiting 25 minutes for a DRIVE-THRU order, you'd think I'd at least be offered a fry credit or a free applepie! UPDATE: I don't know why I even bothered, but it was early, on the way, and I and my family needed a pep-me-up before ourmove. I ordered a caramel frappe, iced caramel macchiato, and iced French vanilla coffee, all large. When I received my orderevery drink looked the exact same and I definitely didn't see a frappe. When I asked the guy at the window about it and triedto ask for help verifying which was what, his only reply was "I don't know. I didn't make them and I'm new." As he continuedhanding me my drinks. It was a lot of fun and it was very clean the staff was very nice and made a nice recommendation for my daughter. She enjoyed... her ice cream and so did I. We had to wait between doctors appointment and she was able to play and have fun and no one botheredus. Read more
