6 worker and no one was cleaning anything it was a mess in there couldn?t even sit to eat because everything was dirty
Everytime I place an order with this location, whether it is drivethru, dine-in or door dash, they always forget one of my items... or make it wrong. I understand, food service is demanding but this is every. single. time smh... And door dash has higherprices, so when they short items on my order, it sucks because I paid a lot for that. On top of that, my door dasher has to waita really long time, which cuts into their pay/how many orders they can deliver on shift. Please try to be more mindful, beforeyou seal an order! Read more
Hands down the worst McDonald's. We literally had to wait a half hour for a simple cheeseburger and fries ????!!! Absolutely no... employees at the register and they wandered around like blind mice. The manager was being extremely rude, unprofessional and didnot know how to delegate her employees in the least!. The lobby and dining area was completely filthy and looked like it hadn'tbeen cleaned in hours!! I do understand that school had just gotten out, but you don't have to disrespect your young customerbase and then take it out on everyone else!.. We are what drives your business. Read more
Ordered the food but the cashier never placed it for the kitchen area. Waited like 20 mins inside and had to asked them to make... us our food. While waiting used the restrooms and that was so gross. The toilets were filled w paper towel and dirty. Thefloors were sticky. It was gross. Told the manager and she didn't sent anyone to at least look to see how bad it was. Willnever go there again. The service is continuing to go downhill at this location. I ordered some fries, because when they are hot, they are really... good. I ordered the large size and that was the only item I ordered. The price was over $4, which I wouldn?t have minded ifthey fill the box up. So I hope they start serving customers the correct amount when they order a large size. We pay for thefood, give us what we pay for. I hadn?t eaten any of the fries yet when I took this picture. Read more
This location needs to step their game up seriously. It smells like a bad sewer or grease trap. Depending on the time of day,... you could possibly wait for minutes before someone acknowledges you. The quality of food varies also depending on the time ofday. Management clearly needs help to ensure the staff is working effectively and efficiently. Read more
I ordered a large fish combo from the Losee and Cheyenne store. They gave me a large fry box with a medium serving of fries. My... daughter ordered the 10 peice nugget meals. Took 45 minutes to get my order. Every time I ask how long they keep telling me they don't know. So much for fast food. Thought... I had plenty of time before work and I ended up being late. Also after I opened my milk I found out it was spoiled. Just threwit away. Also they didn't give me my sauce for my nuggets. Read more
