Thee MOST SLOWEST,UNPROFESSIONAL & LONGEST LINE N WAIT EVER in a fast food drive. The cashier was obviously either not trained... well, or didn't have the COMMON SENSE to have customer(s) park on side of the restaurant and park there to get the rest of theirorder AND the cook had an ATTITUDE and was slow. Mind you this was around 1:30 a.m.,Saturday. NO EXCUSE! The customers food wascold by the time I got it from the window and customer ordered it an HOUR AGO! I had to let customer know what was going on andD.D.notified him too. When I FINALLY delivered it to him, I couldn't of apologized enough for the inconvenience, he ended upgiving me an extra tip, which was nice. Read more
Love this location! Always fast drive thru service and my order has never been wrong. NOTE: If you like fresh fries be sure to... ask for them. Fries have only been hot and fresh once. Don't get me wrong the fries I usually get aren't old they just aren'thot. Read more
Best McDonalds until they started to tell me they no longer accept Coupon Codes after 12am because their system is down.. This... was around 2:30 am ... you mean to tell me your system goes down at 12 am and stays down for hours??? Went to another McDonaldsand they accepted my coupon code no problem.. Read more
Went through the drive thru on the weekend late at night, there were a few cars in line but not to busy (3 cars in front). I am... not sure if they were understaffed or what but the wait was long (not uncommon for late nights) but what ticked me off was thatthey refused to served me my preffered order. They said they were out of happy meals, what mcdonalds run out of happy meals? Ijust think they didn't want to spend any time putting it together... Read more
The worst, this location charges more per item they say because of the location. No change for cash purchases and no sign... advising such. Ordered 2 hot coffees black and watched it sit on the counter for 10 minutes before bringing it to me. Employeeclosed a door on a female guest as she was walking out the door. So rude. McDonald's is there prices. Quality wise are not the same thrue the year's. At one time there coffee was the best slowly it... flavor has changed down. Overall you can't go wrong with there chicken nuggets bundle. Read more
Mcdonalds is one of the few businesses that still trains their employees to embrace good customer service skills! Always nice to... be thanked when I hand someone my hard earned money. One can expect clean restaurant and bathrooms, friendly staff, consistentfood quality, pricing and taste, throughout the plethora of locations, (unless your on the Strip, where prime location costsmust trickle down to the consumer). Great place to stop with the family or for a solo quick meal that can almost guarantee anostalgic walk down memory lane for those of us that have been around just as long as the chain has. I was forced to go to this one I wasn't the driver so I had no choice being a passenger. However to my surprise the order was... correct and iced tea was actually unsweet. The food could have been a little bit hotter I think they had it waiting just a bittoo much by the drive-thru window where it got cold. But it was a burger not the fries if it was the fries we'd really have aproblem nothing worse than cold icky fries. But as I said it wasn't fries it's a burger still edible still warm but it was theright Burger and the right drink and the wait time was not too bad surprisingly.
