Ordered 2 happy meals one frappiccino they forgot the frapp . got to other side of town realized it was not there. Called the... manager said they would give another when I show my receipt. I have not been back to that side of town to find out if theywill. Update went back a week later and had no problem getting my Frappiccino. Read more
Ordered the two cheese burger meal. The burgers were dry ???? and off center as if made in a haste, asked for fries with no salt... and got fries with salt unfortunately for me I was running late going to a meeting and couldn't turn back to return the food orget a refund or get fresh food. Drive thru took me literally 35 mins. Told my mobile code order and advised to proceed in the pick-up window. Only to find out... code wasn?t entered and obviously food wasn?t prepared. Instructed to go to enter my order manually again in my phone and do acurbside instead and put in curbside number. So drove down to curbside, and no spot numbers written. Hence, I went inside thestore, informed the shift manager (Yuryn) what happened, I received not even a sorry. Don?t waste your time here. Whatever you do, if you get drive thru, don't let them park you to get your order. I ordered breakfast and they asked me to park... to the left as they were getting my order ready. Of course, they completely forgot about me and my order. I called to inquirewhy my order was taking so long and their response was someone already came out to deliver the order. Seriously? I've beensitting here almost 30 minutes and no one came out. I eventually get my order and they still managed to get it wrong as theydidn't include the two extra hashbrowns I ordered for my kids. TL;DR Don't let them park you to get your drive thru order orthey'll forget about your order. Read more
Very disappointed, I don't understand how most of the order can be left out. I order 14 items and 10 were missing. The 10 items... were all the same, plain cheese burgers. It's extremely irritating to spend over $50 and receive $15 worth of food, what wasreceived was wrong as well. Minimum wage is going up, can the minimum effort go up as well. Read more
Awful drive-thru service from Haiven. You can tell he doesn?t want to deal with anyone at all & acts like he?s above working... McDonalds. The old Asian lady with the thick accent - however is always cheerful and sweet! Read more
Drive thru closes at midnight is a joke. Doors locked, drive thru menu off, no response from speaker box. Got out the car walk... to the door and employees sitting around and cleaning restaurant at 11:30. Looks like they close everything at 11. Don?t apporder here or you lose gas and time coming here.
