Employees are not paying attention to what you order and they give you whatever they want 2 days ago I asked for an ice caramel... macchiato and I got a hot instead I didn?t have time to swap it since I had to work, today I asked for an oatmeal and a hotcoffee with 6 creamers and 2 sugars on the side cuz I know they be messing up so I check the receipt after payment and it hadthe sugar and cream switch so I asked on the pick up window for the right amount that I asked the person told me yes and give methe bag with 2 creamers and 6 sugars, and asked him again I just told you and you said ok but whatever I?m late just give me thecream I don?t care for sugar at that point I go to work and I?m about to eat the oatmeal has no water they give me a uncookedoatmeal not even a little water no nothing. I understand is busy in the am but come on where I?m I supposed to heat up and cookthe oatmeal? The main reason I stoped by was to eat something quick. I took that back in my lunch and I don?t get not even anapology noting just I?ll put it back in you card that was all. So I give up on this location I saw another customer when I wasthere returning the oatmeal he was upset and called a couple employees to ask for his order and was ignored I know is just kidsthere but they obviously need more training. This place is nothing but a haven for unruly teenage kids who have no respect for anything. The clerks at the adjoining... Terrible's store have to lock the separation doors because they constantly catch the kids stealing and exiting through theMcDonald's. The food here is horrible, as well as the customer service. Do yourself a favor and drive a little further forbetter quality food someplace else. Read more

Inside is super cute with the chandelier and flowers on the tables. The staff could use some work. No one wearing a hair net, no... gloves being used and the one person who did have on gloves. I watched him place his hands in his pockets and then prepare foodwithout changing gloves. The staff was not in sync and the few customers inside were not happy about the long wait withoutapology or being thanked for waiting. Read more
Worst experience in a while. Simple ice cream order, the drive through has now taken 14 minutes and counting. Had to order at... window because no one would answer at the 1st drive through. The ordering at the window threw everybody for a loop though. Iwill say this, when I did speak to humans, they were pleasant and the ice cream was good. My largest complaint is that thetechnology isn't up to par and the account of time spent in line as across the board behind stupid. For 20 plus minutes... Icould have gone to the grocery store. Come on McDonald's step it up. Read more
It was OK, if they only listened and got my order right through drive-through. They missed item and had to order at pickup... window. Alittle pricy but that's the current economy. Also, what happened to the $1 any size drinks, gone? Geez Read more
Fanciest McDonald's I've ever been in. Fresh flowers on the tables. Food was fresh and fast. Excellent crew!
I bought 10 pieces chicken nuggets, bright it home and found 1 piece was bitten half off. So I called the restaurant, nobody... answer the phone. I contacted the Corp, still got no answer. I used to like McDonald's, but not anymore. Read more
