Started going to this location a few weeks now; love their customer service and the speed with how they get you your food!
They have reduced their burgers to thin sheets of what looks like processed meat...no taste at all except for mayo and lettuce... on the Big Mac....I'm done with fast food at McDonalds.... Read more

I just got off of work from a long night and I'm pregnant an hungry I decided to go to the drive thru on my way home an order... like I always do I got home an begin to eat an noticed my whole double cheese burger was hard , I called to let them no an theywanted me to drive all the way back there with it yo show them to get an exchange well I hope this place cooks clean an goodbecause o have a baby I'm feeding this too .. anyways check your food before you take off !!! The girl who took our order was very conversational, really nice. Another told me she was on break when I asked about how to... use the bathroom. There appears to be some unwanted bathroom traffic so the solution is to give you a code or buzz you in. Seems logical but it didnt work for me, had to sneak in. Place was clean and food was fast. I stood in the pickup lane for my online order about 5 minutes and no one, not even the two working the front area greeted me or... asked if I needed anything. I finally spoke to one of the women and asked if she'd MIND helping me. I pointed to the bag that Iknew had to have been mine because I saw no other bags waiting for pickup letting her know that it was mine.....goodness theservice was horrible. Read more
This review is based solely on the performance of Nadia, the girl working the front Register. And no this review is not about... her customer service although it was stellar, Nor about the way she was super precise in confirming my delivery order. It wasmore about how she held it together with so many things going on in front of her. From taking orders with no help, McDonald?sapps not working, system down, disgruntled customers. She handled all that with such poise and a smile the whole time. I toldher she is my hero! (To her Mgr.
