I use to come here 2 times a week but the last month has been ridiculous!! The last 4 times I make an order they have an excuse... not being able to make it and have to refund my money which takes 3 days! How are you always out of boba? What happened to this location? It use to be so welcoming.. the last 3 times I have gone, the staff have been extremely rude.... Today, the guy with orange hair rolled his eyes super annoyed, just because I asked for no ice on one of my drinks! They don'teven try to hide their rudeness. This is not the first time I walk in @ 8:30 and they tell me we?re done for the day !! We don?t have boba ! I understand if you... don?t have boba but if you want service maybe be like ?No BoBA but we have everything else !! Last time I walked out but today Isaid well what about if I don?t want boba ?!! Let me talk to ur manager ! Emily I think her name was said I guess we can sellyou teas. ! I explained to her what happens last time and she was listening to me taking to the other employee that was mopingand that said they were done for the day and never said nothing !! Went to this location at 1 pm and waiting in line for 10 mins just to be told that they ran out of boba. I see in the previous... reviews that this happens a lot I would let that slide but there was a rude worker there. A girl with short bleached hair . Was"bossing" the girl with red hair around she looked very annoyed . All 3 of the workers looked like they didn't want to be there. I left and went back at 6pm and ordered my drink with boba . And when I went to pay with cash now this time the red hairedgirl said with attitude "you don't have card?" And I said no all I have is cash . And she gave attitude and said "well I donthave any money" . She still ended up taking my money and giving me change . This place needs to teach their workers how to stillhave good customer service even under pressure. All of them were on their phones and eating behind the counter . I just looked for a location that sells the specific tea my niece likes. But, apparently the only place is way across town. My... niece get 1 berry blueberry tea (decaf) 24 ounce (to go cup only). 1 tea cup, vanilla, add extra raspberry, oat milk. I hopethis helps. Please let me know if you ever have it. Almost every time I come to order they are always out of boba and also there are never ripe avocados available. I would... recommend that when you run out of these items you should post a small sign at the register area. Or if you run out of boba bycertain times I would make extra.This way a customer doesn?t have to wait in line. Read more
I don't often leave negative reviews. But this place needs to get their act together . 3 out 4 times they don't have boba.... Regardless of the time of day, whether it's 4pm weekday or 6pm Saturday . could be just my luck but i see other reviews with thesame complaint. It's a BOBA shop and you don't have or make enough of your main ingredient. Wife and I love the boba drinks fromhere, but gotta be lucky to get the actual boba here.
