Incredible food. A bit off the beaten path from the Vegas strip. We got a booth; it gives a great Japanese cultural environment... for enjoying the food. Enjoyed sushi, pickled veggies, chicken wings and the beef Yakisoba. Dessert was a must with the tempuraice cream. Read more
The food was absolutely delicious. One of my best experiences in Japanese sushi food. Our chef was Mr. Ryota, you don't need... the menu, trust his good judgment and professionalism. A family atmosphere, I was here with my husband on a Monday with softmusic, delicious food and incredible attention from our chef. I also recommend taking it out of the sake house cold. The menuhas the Titanic which are different types of sushi and please please trust Chef Ryota's judgment. This is was one of my bestfood experience. Good price, nice dessert, great place, great food. My husband and I have been coming to osaka Japanese bistro for 14 years it was our 1st date. . It is by far the number one suji... place we've ever been to in our entire life. We like both locations on Sahara and the one on Eastern and horizon and the 215freeway. . They are more of a fine dining sushi place and they do not offer all you can eat which is a bummer but the foodquality is outstanding. . Our favorite things are the tempora all of it lol... The beef teriyaki dinner bento Box we love theLisa Lisa roll, we love the 911 roll, the 777 roll And the Virgin roll. Their spicy garlic edamame is the best, Their Gingerdressing on their green salads amazing. They have very good Fried rice and appetizers such as pot stickers, egg rolls, Chickenteriyaki skewers and beef teriyaki skewers, Their Japanese lasagna baked roll is our favorite. They have garlic scallops thatare very good and they have some tip and grill items that you can order and even have cooked in front of you. The Chilean seabass is amazing and worth the money. There me so soup is always on point, They even had good garlic clams and other shellfishavailable. And if you've never had it you must try the jalapeno yellow tail sashimi. . They also have a loyalty card programthat you can sign up and add points value to a running tab so that you can cash it in as a perk. . Good food. Great service. Husband said the best tempura he?s ever had. And he ordered a second Thai hamachi because he liked it... so much. The miso sea bass was good too. My family has been coming here for years. The front part of the restaurant is verytight and close together. The back where we sat has better spacing between parties. Very small parking lot. Read more

50+ years ago a guy founded this restaurant. It has won numerous awards and ratings. But what matters to you is whether the... food is good now. My experience was yes, the food is good now. The customer sitting near me was a weekly, long-time regular anda Nihonjin, so we can assume he agrees that the food is good--and authentic.
