I have not been to PF Chang's in several years. Went for a business meeting today and was pleased with the restaurant overall.... It was clean and well organized. The tables the seating and the process of walking into the restaurant went well. There was nowait, the restaurant was fairly empty. We received service right away, drinks and iced tea were brought to the table withoutasking. Menus were handed out and explained what was available. The food came fresh and hot. All the vegetables were definitelyfresh and the meats and other items were very tender. The spices and the balance of the tastes were very well blended. A lot ofAsian restaurants always add way too much garlic or soy sauce. I was quite impressed with PF Chang that they didn't Overkillwith either garlic or soy sauce. I can give this four stars the service was great the waiter and other table hosts were friendlyand efficient. Was it the best Asian food I've ever had no, but it was more than adequate and the price was reasonable,considering the inflated environment we live in. Read more
Coconut cooler drink is a must try. Never tasted a drink like this before. SUPERB. So was the Salmon. Superb salmon cooked with... person. I was little disappointed with the fried rice because rice was bit sticky. But apart from that excellent ambience andhumble staff. Staff will come to your table asking how is the food which is the mark of an excellent customer service. There areplenty of good food in Vegas apart from the strip and being a tourist people should know such great places. All the best Mr.Chang. Will surely visit again. Read more
It’s easily been 15 years since I was at any PF Changs. You used to go to the one in Summerlin a lot. They recently added... this new one to Town Square mall by my house. My girl and I were in the mood for some Chinese food today and we decided to comehere. It’s a huge location with plenty of seating and a nice sized bar area too. We had some lettuce wraps, dim sum, brusselsprouts, kung pao chicken and singapore noodles. Christina was our server and she was great. The food was good and we had acouple cocktails too. Had a great big family dinner. Food was delicious and tasty. Very friendly and helpful staff. Service was quick and easy.

Food was okay but lukewarm. I had beef and broccoli.. beef was good but my food was almost cold but I was really hungry My... husband had lo mein, which was all noodles and really oily.. Service was poor. We were told a 40 minute wait for a table for 2at 6pm on Saturday. We chose to sit at the bar. We noticed 1 whole section of tables in bar area empty and appeared closed.Plenty of open tables. They didn't seem short staffed, I don't know what was going on. The atmosphere was dull. Service wasminimal bartender seemed completely uninterested in us. We were going to order dessert but no one asked and we left and got icecream. Read more
I came in for a quick early dinner before heading North back towards the strip and was pleasantly surprised. My server, a young... chap called Adrian was friendly, fun and helpful. The food and service were a lot better than I initially expected for a chainrestaurant. The Chicken Lettuce wraps, Soup & Miso Salmon were all very good, well-cooked and flavourful. Tried out P.F. Chang’s for the first time finally. Love the location. It’s not too far off from the open parking lot. Love... the massive horse statue right outside. The restaurant is pretty big and very clean. I believe there’s also outdoor dining. Igot the Mongolian beef. The beef was very delicious. I wish they added more of it and some of the juice to add more flavor tothe whole dish. The chives were a bit overwhelming. I had to put some to the side. But they do add a very nice flavor wheneating with the beef and rice. My husband got the orange chicken. He likes it but he said he’s had better. I also tried itand it’s pretty mediocre. Not the best I’ve tried. We had the dynamite shrimp as an appetizer and we thought it was prettygood. The flavors are super strong though, it could be overwhelming.
