First time placing a mobile order for pick up! Everything was FRESH& READY! They forgot to put the teriyaki sauce with my entree... & they did not put napkins and cutlery in the bag, I even asked if everything was in the bag. I was told yes. Went 30 minutes before closing . Food was good /fresh && fast service also polite employees.
I went through the drive thru, being lazy, and that?s what I get. I ordered a family meal for my daughter?s birthday and it?s... like it was tossed in the bag; the boxes were opening, they put it in a bag instead of the box they use and forgot about item.The boxes that the family meal come in were not available at this location and instead of taping it shut it was just put in abag. I usually go to a different location and I get the meal often, but this time it was not packed well and that did not sitright with me. I went back and the manager explained everything and just taped the boxes shut. I should have asked for a refundand gone to my regular location, but I gave it a chance and as soon as I got home the box was leaking and it had come apart Ihad to put it in something else.
