Ordered two hours ahead and driver l (Pam) was still late. (We live literally a quarter mile away). She must have been having a... bad day cuz she was still rude after a 20% tip. The stuffed crust pizza was so disgusting my husband threw 3/4 that was leftaway. The toppings were sparse & fell off because it was so soggy. The last time I had a PapaJohns pizza it was very good. My pizza of choice is the philly cheesesteak. Previously this pizza was... hot, flavorful, and topped nicely. However, my most recent experience was awful. My Cheesesteak was prepped with red sauce, noonions or peppers, and a very small amount of steak. This particular location has been good to me, but this time I was let down. At $17.00 for a medium pizza, This shouldn't be happening. This location has lost my business for the unforeseeable future. This Papa Johns location needs to do better. Where is the manager? My order was supposed to be ready and delivered around 35... minutes. I called about 3 times, they picked up once and hung up right away. I?m not sure if this was an accident or not but Icalled right back and no one answered. I track my order online and the past times I have ordered, it never seems to be updatedwhether its being prepared, baked, or on the way. It took over an hour and 10 mins to receive a message saying its ?on the way?.I understand the workers might be understaffed or busy but I only hope that next time around its easier to reach someone overthe phone. Terrible location! Made an order through the Papa John's website. Order took 45 minutes longer than projected. Pizza was the... wrong one, items were missing. Called the store to correct the mistake, got attitude from the store. The pizza I actuallyordered in the first place , took an additional 90 minutes to arrive and the delivery driver had attitude. This place has gone from one of my favorite locals chains to last place. Quality has been decreasing but decided to give em... another chance. Place an online order for 1 large cheese pizza for carryout. Says 18 to 26 minutes for pickup. 25 minutes laterand they didnt even start making it yet! They are lazy and then don't even care! Had a very unusual issue ordering pizza on their website, somehow it's difficult to tell the browser which store is "Your Store"... ... so when I ordered at 11pm at night they routed the delivery to a store that was closed and set the delivery at 11am the nextday. Most of the website behavior did not explain this all very well. Anyway, Will who was working that shift (Manager) tookcare of the entire issue perfectly, thank you Will! Pizza was very good actually and the charge to my credit card was fixedwithin 12 hours, good job on the issue fixes as well! But yah Will knows how to handle things, this is for sure! Pizza is good but they put way too much sauce by the crust. Also are very inconsistent with sizes. I paid $14 for a large pizza... and they couldn?t have given me bigger than a medium. Horrible business went in to try papa just I has for the first time the guy says it will be 20 mins so I stood there for 10 mins... noone even took my order I asked can I at least place my order so I can go get something from another restaurant and come backto pick up my pizza he says it will be another 6 to 8 mins before I can order so he meant I had to wait 20 mins just to place myorder they didn't even have a menu to look at or anything on the wall other than a photo of a pizza and some bowls that lookedgood This place has no customer service I wanted to try the new pepperoni pizza but I guess I will never eat at papa John's theydidn't get my business and never will Very bad business to even try to deal with Read more
