They delivered my food twice from this pizza delivery. First time they forgot about some food in my order. Second time they had... DoorDash delivered my food. My food did not get to my house within an hour and 15 minutes after it left the store, my pizza wascold and my soda was dropped. Read more
Twice been to this location and both times the sauce was bad on the pizza... the first time sauce was moldy and second the sauce... on the pizza smelled sour and when kids took a bite they spit it out. Read more
Can't complain this was my first time ordering from this location EVEN having read all the disgruntled reviews before. Ordered... nonetheless because Pizza Hut was getting a little tiresome so after enough Papa John's commercials I was sold... Food camewithing that 45min-1hr window hot and prepared how I asked. Used online ordering from the website and had very timely textupdates to let me know my order was arriving. Food was good cooked well, am not sure about all the 1 stars and all the hate forthis location but I'd definitely give this location some more love. Zero complaints, good service and quick. I went here on a Thursday night. Delivery wasn't an option online so I opted for Carryout. They were quoting people who called... the store 2 hours for delivery. It was $22 for a Large pizza which seemed a little bit steep for a pizza which I had to pickupand although it wasn't cut properly, I had to wait an additional 10 minutes over the online estimate and things seemed a bitdisorganized inside, I have to say that the pizza was still hot when I got home, and it was one of the best tasting pizzas I'vehad in quite a long time. I think in hindsight it seemed crazy in the store because everyone was hustling to get the orders outand they did an excellent job with my food. Really it was such a good pizza. Update: Management saw my post and followed up with me the following day. They apologized for the poor experience and offered to... either refund my money or offer me a comp on my next order, so I opted to give them another shot. The fact they contacted me atall (with the pandemic and everyone being short-staffed) shows they're at least willing to stand behind their product. Hopefullymy next pizza order will reflect the quality they once had, but maybe I'll also refrain from ordering XL pizzas just to avoidthis exact situation. SCAMMERS! This used to be a good pizza place, but in the past 6 months they've been trying to pass offsmaller pizza as larger sizes. I overlooked it the first couple of times they did it to me but this last time was just ahorrible experience as they delivered the wrong order to me (a 2 topping medium that belonged to someone else) and when Ifinally got my correct order 1 3/4 hours later (cold & soggy) they were obviously giving me medium pizzas! Worst experience ever ordering for delivery. Will never order from this store again!! I tried to order a pizza last night from... papa johns. We often get pizza from here with no issues. When we called the store the person who answered the phone was veryrude. The phone was cutting out so we asked if they could repeat what they said instead they got an attitude and repeated it inthe most ridiculous manner ever. So instead we decided to order offline. We almost ordered from pizza hut (which I wish we wouldof, if I'd known what would happen) but we decided to just go to the papa johns website. The order said it would take 31-41minutes. It took 1 hour and 10 minutes to arrive. I live right across the street. For convenience sake, and to put a littleextra money in someone's pocket I chose delivery. One of the pizzas was not cut and we were missing sauce that we paid extrafor. On top of that the pizzas were cold. We called the store. They said they could replace the pizza and bring the extra saucewe were missing. About an hour later someone knocked at the door. Left the pizza on the ground. And poured garlic sauce all overthe balcony. Then They threw the package of garlic sauce down stairs in the grass. What kind of company runs there business likethis. We have spent so much money at this location in the last 2 years. I'm so upset, I will never order from here again. Read more
The only thing good about this store is how consistently bad they are. I hoped that ordering at 6pm may have gotten me a... remotely warm pizza. Wrong. Late! Cold! Toppings were a mess and check out the burnt pepperoni thrown on long after the pizzawas finished. Disgusting. Read more
Understaffed and awful customer service. Reminded again why I don?t normally come to Papa Johns.
