Arrived to this location and the store front was full with people. Turns out the staff didn't know who's pizza belonged to who.... The staff needs proper training to be set up for success as oppose to failure. At the end I picked up my pizza almost 40 minspast the pick up time and at the end. The order was completely cold. The worst customer service. Ordered 3 pizzas all were supposed to have no olives due to my wife is allergy to olives! Called... multiple times the manager blew us off and transferred me to the call center! So I returned the pizzas to the store personallyand the answer I got was ? we have new people? that obviously can?t read the receipt. Wasted an evening trying to get thisrectified in a nice way. this is the second time that the management has been lazy as well as dangerous we will never be back. This is our second time buying vegetarian pizza at this location. First time it was good and we enjoyed it. It was fair amount... of vegetables. Today it was very upsetting. Hardly tasted any sauce and very few vegetables. Literally one little peace ofmushroom for each slice and a few burnt tiny peaces of tomatoe. Asking myself if I try the third time. Probably not. Sorry guysyou lost us as customers. We'll go elsewhere. Well, I will be changing to one star now. Received a respond from the owner toprovide my email, name, phone number because they care and want to make it right so I did three weeks ago and never heard backfrom them.
