I have never had a problem ordering from Pizza Hut before but today I waited an hour for my food. I live literally right across... the street and I get it's a weekend so they're busy but my pizza was discombobulated and it's cold, fries are cold. I didn'tknow it was cold till after I hung up the phone and they gave me a $5 off my next order. I don't care for the discount or a freepizza I'm just not happy with the food. Read more
I ordered 3 large 1 topping pizzas and 16 boneless wings with cinnabon's on the side with a 2 liter of Pepsi I only mention the... Pepsi because that was literally the best tasting item I ordered. The cheese was terrible on all 3 pies it had no stretch likeall good pizza should have also all 3 pies had no pizza sauce even tho I specifically asked for extra marinara sauce I dont whatthe conserving there sauce for but it wasn't my order. So yea it was the worst pizza meal I have ever ate ima have to stick withPapa John's even little ceasar was better that this trash. The boneless wings had no sauce either and tasted like they weremicrowaved the cinnabon's were just as bad burned underneath I could have bought better cinnabon's from 7-11, worst $74.00 Iever spent so disappointed. I like to think I'm rather lax when it comes to expectations about delivery food after the pandemic but my experience has been... awful. Over 3 hours waiting for a knock. Checking several times to see if they left the food without knocking. So I call tosee what's going on with the order. After 20 minutes on hold I got told my food had been delivered on time and the driver hadknocked. When I said the story didn't add up, the only response was an offer to remake the food and try to get it to me as fastas possible which would be at least 45 minutes. I wish I hadn't considered Pizza Hut as a dinner option. At least I'll havethis experience to remind me not to make the same mistake next time. Read more
This locations is a bunch of lazy works. I ordered a pizza before this location closed, which I received a confirmation email... for, and when I got there to pick up my order the manager told me that he voided it out, and it was because he didn?t want towork on one last pizza. So this company took my money and held my money and was an inconvenience to me by making me waste timeand gas driving there. I won?t buy pizza from them anymore. Horrible! This is not a Detroit style pizza. No crusted edge whatsoever. Way undercooked. Zero seasoning. To top it off it was... cold. The box even tries to describe the pizza and this is not what you get. This is the second time ordering from here and bothtimes completely undercooked and gross. Never again. Read more
