Placed an order during definitley busy times I was a little bothered at first it was running late but after speaking to the... super friendly and awesome person answering the phones I realized how busy they were and how hard they where working and stilldoing it so nicely and apologetic the driver also was super nice and looked like he was working hard specially with all thedeliveries he had to himself. I thank you guys so so much for being so nice and respectful and kind you guys made my night andmade me realize how difficult it is to work in the food industry. Ordered my pizza 30mins before arriving and it still was not completed. The workers kept telling me 15mins and than 12mins it... turned into a whole 45-1hour for the pizza to be finished! Poor customer care and they just kept looking at me and not showingany concern! I will definitely be following up with whoever Ken Howe is because I WANT MY MONEY BACK! I give them 1 star because I can't give them 0 on two occasions in a row I placed an order and it didn't arrive on time but they... also told me that I already had the pizza and when they checked it was still in the store. I asked if that's okay and he toldme no that he was going to give me a discount. Well after today and the horrible attitude, service and calls being put on hold for over 30 minutes then getting worse customer... service experience ever, I will never go back. I ordered little Caesars for today and ,honestly the stuff crust was better thanpizza hut and they ever called me to make sure that the order was right. I had placed and order online which took little over an hour to receive my pizza at my door. By the time receive the pizza in... was barely room temp the cheese was starting to congeal. It took my calling to ask where my pizza was at and hour after I placedthe order for the pizza hut to send it out 20-35 minutes was what expected from time to order to delivered as indicated on theonline order details. This Pizza Hut is a hit or miss! I guess its whatever day to decided to order. I've tried delivery and pickup. Both were lack... luster..pizza had a funky taste, was told it was just the tomatoes. I got the WORST pizza I have ever eaten yesterday. There was basically maybe a pinch of cheese on this pizza. Then they took the... opportunity to charge my card an extra $3. You can never go wrong with pizza hut. The food is always great and the staff are friendly.
