Food is good if you can get it. Half the time the lobby isn't open and you get stuck in the drive through for 45 minutes. Last... time I came in they decided to stop taking orders right as I got to the front of the line. What fast food place says we don'twant to sell Anymore food. I understand it is hard to find employees, but the places that raise pay don't have a problem. Read more
Shrimp tackle box. Mine contained 2 chicken strips, a drumstick and a few shrimp. I think that should be all shrimp. The cashier... told they were out of cocktail sauce and she said the manager thought they may have discontinued it. I waited 17 minutes on thedrive thru line. Read more
Horrible! chicken was dried out. Threw 7 biscuits in a box with chicken that the spicey pieces were not separated. I ordered 3... mac and cheese also rice in beans. They didn't even fill them up. Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru line. We won't be back tothis location. Read more
One of the workers took offense to my family and I. We were polite and made no rude comments. Someone added dirt to our chicken... sandwich. These flakes are pepper nor crumbs, tried crushing one of them and it did not crumble. It?s likely plastic. Read more
Hello The chicken sandwiches we received today were, rotten and microwaved. I had to throw it away. The chicken was discolored,... and microwaved. The bread was dry, and hard (microwaved). The chicken had a tint of green. Clearly, not fresh at all. What isgoing on? Are you trying to get people sick?? The soda is old (flat). They aren?t replaced on time. I don?t eat a lot of meat or bread, but I had a craving for a nice chicken sandwich. Let me start by saying that the line for... Popeye?s drive through was LONG. I mean, a line I would NEVER have waited in, except my husband was driving? so, we did. I haveto say that the line moved quickly and food was handed out efficiently! We got the sandwich ( no pic because it?s GONE:) andsome of the new chicken nuggets to share? it was all hot, fresh, and DELICIOUS!!! I?m impressed with how tasty that sandwichwas and I love the new nuggets. Negative 100 Stars on this. Worst Popeyes I have ever been to, from the drive thru line which took 26 min to get my order in,... all the way to the customer service on the phone. I went there at 420pm (Tuesday), waited forever to order and my order wasstill wrong. Lesson learned from there is to check your order before you even leave from the drive thru because the lobby isclosed. After receiving my order I noticed my 3 piece meal and a side of coleslaw was missing so I called, drove there again topick up the 3 piece. Went back home (everything else was cold by then) and noticed they did not add my 1/4 lb popcorn shrimp$2.99 value. I was too furious from the first incident to call again and request my shrimp because the manager there knowsnothing about customer service, she was rude the first time I called and ruder when I was there picking up my order they forgotto give me because I called again saying I was at the lobby order. This experience was so bad that the General Manager of thatlocation will receive a notice of this and also corporate. It is truly not that difficult to give someone what they orderedafter the computer tells you what should be in the bag. I am highly highly disappointed in Popeye's for this and will neverreturn to any location. I feel like I was ripped off and wonder how many people this happens to on a daily, because then Popeyeshas no shrinkage on inventory since they are making money on food they never handed out. Plus the kicker of this all is there isno receipt of the transaction attached to the bag, nor was one handed to me.
