After following on social media for awhile I finally had a chance to check this place out. Good sandwich shop with good options.... You can get 3 different size sandwiches on white or wheat. You choose your sandwich and then after it's toasted you choose yourtoppings from a list. I tried the Italian and it was about what I expected from a chain shop. I liked the crispy, toastedbread. The hot peppers added a nice touch as well. I didn't try one but was surprised to see they offered shakes. Good optionfor a sandwich shop considering competitors don't offer them. Eat at your own risk. Especially the turkey. Had food delivery from u er eats and food came in sour. Turkey looked like it had... been laying in the basket on the bottom, was balled up which I thought was weird. First bite was eye opening. Definitely not okto eat. Threw $40 worth of food in the trash. Called and was told they don?t have spoiled turkey and to take it up with u ereats. Fantastic customer service!!!! Read more

I gave it 2 stars only because the sandwich was delicious. Service was lousy, Staff was unhelpful and unfriendly. The ordering... process was confusing and no one explained it and the music was so loud I could barely hear the staff. After all of that I getto the register and I'm told they don't take cash... Which is fine if someone tells you or a sign is visible. I was lookingforward to trying this place out for a while but ultimately was very disappointed. Read more
We tried Potbelly Sandwich in Midland Texas and needless to say, it was an experience that we could not get out of our memories... ( and I don't mean good ones either!).. But you have to give businesses that second chance and it being in a different state wejust thought it has to be better, nope!!! It was exactly the same. Order was wrong right from the start and apparently it wasour mistake and we simply asked for the sandwiches " not to be toasted", and they were!! We asked for simple toppings and theytried to charge and I had to point out that they were the "free" toppings. Tried to use my Potbelly app and once again it didn'tseem to work so the "Free" Sandwich wasn't free and for a cup of mildly warm chili and 2 sandwiches cost us over $30!!!.Sometimes you want to walk out because some employees just don't care about what you're saying and they robot through theirshift and if you bring it to their attention they are the ones who become rude!! Vegas has another sandwich shop called Potbelly. Food is great and options are plentiful, without the overwhelming options other... places offer. Portions and quality are above most typical sandwich shops. Pricing is fair considering what you can get. Had themeatball sandwich, it was good meat but wasn't a fan of the way the bread was cooked.They were friendly enough, just slow andinattentive. The food is as standard as any other sandwich shop, which is good, but the overall experience just isn't as nice.It's just like going to Subway or Quiznos. Definitely will come back because of the milkshake which is very tasty. It has kindof a trendy vibe to the place with a vintage bakery feel. Food was good but customer service was terrible, place was very dirty, napkin dispenser was empty and they had 4 people behind... the counter with less than 5 customers total in the whole establishment so they were not allowed to blame it on a staffshortage. This was my first and last time visiting regardless of how good the food was. Read more
Only one guy working tonight and he had a large order before us. He took our order and put our sandwiches in the oven but he... wasn?t finished with the order before us. So our sandwiches were sitting there after being toasted for about 10 minutes so weasked him to remake them and he didn?t even hesitate. He tossed them in the trash and remade our sandwiches for us we rushedthem home and they were so warm and so delicious. Definitely going back. We are so thankful for him remaking our sandwiches.
