I love coming to PT?s for their Pub Platter breakfast for $10. Such a great deal. And the environment is so chill and fun. Love... the music they play and the guests here are always super nice. For this Bar and Grilll to be labeled best happy hour of 2020, 2021, with best wings in the title, it had to be just a bad... night, which is unfortunate because when you win A title like that, then whatever you guys did to win that title you have tocontinue to do consistently night and at night out. We are from Seattle and we?re looking for some wings in Las Vegas to enjoyon our way back to our room after a long day. we were close to PTS and it said you guys had the ?best wings? and I love wings sowe stopped in for a try. we were soon very disappointment that we stopped. The wings were very dry (and I like my wings had alittle extra cooked and crispy but these were un edible), we had the Korean barbecue (extremely salty) the habanero mango (solidflavor and a nice kick to them) and the lemon pepper wings, an extra order of fries and some chicken tenders, The chickentenders were like hockey pucks (they were for my son) and clunked when they were tossed back into the box. ( these descriptionsare not exaggerations and/or meant to be insulting). The best thing about this meal was the fries and the blue cheese sauce forthe wings that we ordered. I tried to call back multiple times and there was no answer and we?re about 30 minutes away and Noteven about to turn around and go back. we were in around 1130 on Saturday the 15th of October. It says you operate under theumbrella of 60 different taverns well I really hope that you guys are not all following the same recipe. I know cooks have gooddays and bad but when u have ?best happy hour?, ?best wings? etc? like that in the title you better make sure it can besubstantiated and not just a ?plaque on the wall of past achievements? that y?all are hanging onto like an old washed upfootball player constantly telling the story of Polk high and the 3 touchdowns he once scored in a game?. The security guard was great vibes as we walked in on a Sunday morning around 5am. Our first bartender killed the experience for... us by not even providing sub par customer service. I ordered wings and it took almost an hour to receive them and I will say,the wings were not crispy as they would be and felt a little undercooked other then that, I would give it another try when thekitchen staff is on point. I had to complain to get the attention of a really nice and awesome bartender. He was kind enough tofill up my stone IPA. The first bartender and the long wait to eat is the only reason why my review isn't getting 10 stars. Theambience is the best I've seen for a PTs and will consider going again with a date or buddies of mine. Read more
I come after work and have a drink every now and then. I can go to any bar but I choose to come to this PTs because the... bartender Danny is really cool! I wanted to try a lot of new drinks because I?m in the pour class and Danny was more thanwilling to make all the drinks for me and teach me stuff along the way! Bartender was unimpressive on a Tuesday night. Was not wanting to make an old fashion Makers Mark which has a large profit for... little work. Stated she did not have the ability to make it due to not having Cherries? So what, make the drink and give it yourbest effort. You could tell her best effort was being saved for something other than her guests and employer. Played pool andordered several more drinks minus the makers old fashion. Just beer? server was nice but took a very long time. We were going toorder food but 20 minutes later and we had to ask for our check from the bartender. Of coarse she bounced us back to seeing theserver who was very kind but had too many guests to serve. This took another 10 minutes. PT?s needs a director to ensure staffis set up for success but more so offering their best. Two thumbs down tonight and we will try again another night. We live down the street and since it open we been dying to go check it out I love the location the food was okay for bar food... the service is 3 stars the drinks 1 star weak margaritas we had plans to stay out all night but for water down drinks withnothing but ice and neatly $9 I will pass definitely a hit and miss and never again joint Sad because as an entrepreneur I loveto support my neighborhood businesses Read more
This place is a little slow and rude in customer service, bartenders think they are doing a favor to the patrons, we pay for our... drinks nothing is free and they look at everyone?s with disgust, very wrong. Bathroom is a mess so dirty????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????managementshould takeover the clean atmosphere cause is nasty ????.
