Lovely staff and you don't have to wait much for your food.
So I started going here to gamble it was fine but then I got my card of the day which I never change 3x on this one machine and... I got it like three times and I usually get $25 every time I get my card of the day so I told the bartender the managereverybody oh we?re gonna have to email blah blah blah it?s been three weeks or almost a month in any other Pts I never had aproblem I would spend thousands of dollars gambling losing same in the store and they didn?t do anything in this Pts so I?m notgoing back although I like some of the bartenders but they are worst in trying to help you with your points that you deservebecause you set that up and they don?t give you anything after you lost thousands of dollars $75 is nothing been going backtrying to see if they put it in my card but nope. I've tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt because it's close to where I live but I can't! Service is horrible, I've... been 4 times and my order hasn't been right once. Today I was gambling and lost about 800 bucks my own fault. But normally youwill get comped. I literally had a white claw and a burger that was extra well done "I ordered medium " and they still chargedme. All good they'll never get another dime! Read more
I was forced to wait a pretty long time to order. Which is really pretty awful when your a postmates delivery driver. Then I was... told it would take over 25 minutes for a small pizza. I asked the man if he would call me when it is done so I wouldn't have tospend that long waiting inside. The place wasn't really that busy but he told me, "he wasn't going to call anybody it'll be donein 25 minutes." So I feel like he could really care less about me and my time as a customer and a delivery driver for thisorder. I am so glad this food isn't for me. I would not even. Well... here we go with another PT's. Basically one for every square mile of Mtns Edge community. We came here last night to... check out what it had to offer. We were planning to have some drinks, play some video poker and maybe get some munchies. Wegot off to a bad start when ordering drinks while sitting at machines. We were immediately told that I couldn't get the BIGbeer I wanted unless I paid for it...um pretty sure I'm there to pay for beer. Then once they notice we start gambling suddenlyour service is much better. Whether I'm gambling or not shouldn't depict the type of service I'm getting. Don't sit there andwait for me to hit a Royal so you can get better tips. If I gamble then I get free drinks, if I dont gamble then Ill pay for mydrinks. Bartenders need to know this and shouldn't base the service we get on whether or not we are gambling. The bartendersended up being pretty cool over all but the person who really stood out was Lamar. A favorite spot for us. The staff is amazing, no matter the time or day, every bartender server and manager is on point.... Friendly service even for those of us who don?t pour money into machines! Pete and Kat are a great team, along with Jess andKevin. Also love coming in to see Emily( nicest person on earth) and Jenna. Sometimes we manage to stick around to see Gary orTony.!
