This bartender is a real winner... It's noon. She has to door locked so it only opens if she buzzes you in, imo it's so she can... have as few to zero patrons as possible becAuse she clearly believes she is above anyone who may enter a pub... I come severaltimes a week. I always bring a bag of candy... She made me get rid of my cinnamon gummies bears, and when I asked her if shecould throw them away for me she was appalled and gave a stink face which with her personality should be her normal face soeveryone knows Instantly the mutant she is... I've been here 30 mins, at the bar playing keno... And she still hasn't asked meif I wanted anything to drink... I told her I hope to God that I win so that I can stiff her on any sort of tip.... Machines suck and they charge you for drinks when you constantly lose money with them! I will never go back after dealing with... the manager! You should really know your customers! To explain I have lost $40 to $60 everyday for a month won nothing!!! Allloss kept going though cause people nice until manager today on Thursday!! Horrible Horrible manager for gaming! I dont go forfree drinks want to win but with horrible machines and manager NEVER EVER be back! New manager needed ASAP! Read more

Moved here in January. Been here a couple a times and always have had good bartenders. I play Keno and drop. 50 cent per play.... Have lost much playing here and have won a few times. Very friendly and inviting. Today left me with one of my worst feelingsbeing here. I was told my beer wasn't comped because I wasn't dropping a dollar a play so I will be charged. Never been anywherewhere I was told this. She wasn't attentive to me whatsoever. It only takes one bad service to make me take my money elsewhere.I don't know what I did to this gal but apparently she didn't like me because she was attentive to everyone. May 10th @ 630pm.Will never walk into this establishment again. Read more

So much fun. A great hidden gem. Darts, 2 pool tables, and I played Golden Tee golf for the first time. Yes, I know it?s been... around for a long time but the bartender, Mandy convinced me to give it a try. We have eaten in there before, all was ok. Not great service, but what you would expect from a pub. Today was a new and... ridiculous experience. People at work wanted breakfast and someone suggested PT's, it's so close and better than fast food. Icalled in 4 breakfast orders. They said 15-20 minutes. I arrived 25 minutes later, the bartender said they were working on it,give them another 5 minutes. 10 minutes later he asked if I wanted a drink? Kind, yes, but NO, I want my food! another 10minutes passes, I ask about the food. He said there is only one cook??? (I was the ONLY person in the place). He went back tocheck, and the other bartender said he's a new cook..."my restaurant manager is back there helping, and that never happens, so Iknow that he's having trouble." Within a couple more minutes, they brought the bags, set them next to me and mumbled "sorry ittook so long" as he walked away... I am a business owner, and we all have employee issues from time to time, but an apologywould have gone a long way. I had already paid, so I wouldn't expect a refund or discount, but maybe an invitation to come backat a discount or a free meal since it took 50 minutes to make 4 breakfasts?? Never again to go!
