My neighbor was raving about this place so I had to come try it with my family. We had fried chicken, gyoza, pork buns and... brussels sprouts for appetizers. The food came out fast and they were all delicious. For the ramen, We tried Amber, Pearl andGarnet flavor. Garnet was my favorite as I usually enjoy thicker texture for broth. The aftertaste of the broth was good too. Inever knew you could make an authentic Japanese ramen broth without meat! Staff was friendly and quick. I?ll definitely comeback soon. Read more

They?ve only been open for about a month and still have a few things to work out. They are low staffed #1. TO GO took about... 35-40 minutes. My husband could see the order sitting and had to ask for it. I don?t like hot food so I never complain aboutjust warm food. Our soup came in two different containers which is normal, one with the contents of the soup was cold, and thebroth was just warm. Mix together and the soup was cold. We only live 3 miles from this location, so it wasn?t a long ride homefor it to be that temp. The noodles were stuck/clumped together, and the extra meat we got was kinda silly served on thecontainer they sent it in. The soup was good, just not hot enough. The potstickers had good flavor especially in the sauce theygive with it, but they were way over cooked and too greasy. I will go back in a few months. Give them some time to work it out Read more

Have been a couple of times now and must say the food has been consistently good! We have tried the Spicy Garnet Ramen, Spicy... Creamy Ramen and both have the perfect balance of smokey spice. One thing I personally enjoy is that I don't feel the Ramen tobee to heavy even after having a whole bowl. I think it must be because it is plant based? By the way, they have Vegan Ramenoptions. We also have had the Crispy Spicy Gyoza which is delicious (the secret is the Spicy miso, so good!) as well as theTakoyaki which is also very good. And service is very good based on our visits. Excellent service and delicious food!!! The staff is very responsive and attentive. The pork bun appetizer is so good I had to... order more. The ramen is really good and is light. I don?t get that bloated feeling after eating there. Where with traditionalramen I would feel heavy and uncomfortable. Definitely coming back to the restaurant when I?m back in LV! Read more

It?s been hard to find a plant based ramen place I like. This place is my favorite place now and I cannot wait to go back! The... food is really good, the service was amazing and the location was so perfect! We had the Spicy Garnet (soooo good, the brothwas spicy but not overwhelming And the grilled pork just melted in my mouth) we shared Takoyaki and the Brussels sprouts. Handsdown some of the best Brussels sprouts Ive had, the dipping sauces were the perfect touch. The Takoyaki between two of us,didn?t last long at all. the texture was perfect, it?s hard to explain, it was just perfect! We shared some tuna rice as well,we were so full from all of the delicious food!!! Highly recommend trying this place! Can?t wait to go back. Read more
