I had a birthday reward for a free appetizer or dessert and ordered the $10 hamburger which included a drink and fries. The... server, Francine, knew ahead of time that I wanted to use both. When I received my bill, I didn't get the $10.00 hamburger butthe more expensive one. The server said the birthday reward negated the $10.00 special hamburger. Consequently, I paid about$14.00 more. The server said there was nothing she could do about it. The hamburger and fries were cold. I didn't getrefills in a timely manner and asked for more water and never got it. I won't be back to this location. Read more

My wife is changing her eating habits and is cutting carbs where she can, so she ordered her Shroom Burger "protein style" and... it was great! Lots of fresh, crisp iceberg lettuce as a "bun" and then the burger was wrapped securely with paper. The option ofsteamed broccoli as a side instead of fries was also Keto friendly. VERY happy with our lunch today! Read more

Convenient location off 95 on Centennial Pkwy. Lots of parking with handicap access. Masks required. Hand sanitizer station at... entrance. This was our first visit. Very neat clean interior. Fun decor with booth or table seating. Bar located near entrance.Very friendly cheerful receptionist. Extensive menu. Bottomless sides and drinks were a nice surprise. Excellent customerservice. Our server Stephanie and table assistant Sharon were outstanding. Very friendly, patient, very attentive. Our drinksand sides were replenished instantly. My teriyaki pineapple grilled chicken sandwich was delicious. The chicken breast wastender and juicy. Teriyaki sauce was not overly sweet. Pineapple gave it a special island taste. My hubby loved the WhiskeyRiver BBQ hamburger with the bourbon enhanced Whiskey River BBQ sauce and sweet bacon. Just enough sauce where it didn't rundown your hands. The bun was perfect. Entre went well with the garlic fries. Portions were generous. Very convenient to pay atyour table with their payment device. It prints your receipts or you could have it email. We will definitely return to try theother entries and desserts. They have online ordering and catering service as well. 7/29/22 Revidited today to dine in forlunch. It was a great experience as the last time. Customer service was very friendly, cheerful and helpful. Waiting time to beseated was minimal. Food was great, tasty and filling. Read more

Service was very good. Burgers were good ,but not 15$ worth. I tried the brisket burger, and it was pretty good.meat seemed... almost cold but good enough. The brisket was a little dry but tasty. the all you can eat fries were pretty good .Just slightlyundercooked. But still ate them . They were not the pieces and tips if fries you usually get, with an all you can eat offer. Thesefries were good quality ,larger then life sized fries. That we're endless. 2nd batch of fries were perfect. Read more

Went in and got seated right away, which is uncommon due to it being so popular. We ordered appetizers (mozzarella sticks), and... they were extremely good but the marinara sauce was a bit too sweet and tomato ish!. When it came to dinner, everyone scannedthe menu and selected what they wanted and we really didn't have to wait long at all for our order to make it to the table! Oneperson ordered a pizza ???? and I will say that they look very appealing, but the pizza is very small, thin and very overpriced.Burgers were ordered of course and you do actually get your money's worth. I personally ordered the fish and chips and I have tosay that the fish is extremely bland, very dry and the pieces are too small. The fries that came with most of food were a littlefloppy and at no point did anyone ask if we wanted more of those " bottomless fries and salad!!". I asked others at the tablehow there burgers were and it really was a lot of mixed reactions. The Banzai Burger ???? was voted best one at the table andthe Royal Red Robin was voted " just a Burger ???? with a fried egg ???? on it!".. The staff were outstanding and very pleasantto talk to as well. What we all found odd was, we had to ask for utensils and ask for more than 1-2 ounces of dressing for thesalad ????... The side salads were good though. Read more

So packed! Half an hour wait not bad for a Saturday night with no reservations. Delicious burgers with the best relish, love the... freckled lemonade, unlimited fries, and a new smokey bbq mayo sauce is perfect for dipping. Mozzarella sticks are fabulous. Lavacake is worth getting! Family/kids friendly atmosphere. Smoke free! Read more

Terrible service, terrible food, good drinks. (Tap here for full story) Honest local google reviewer here: Hostess was rude off... the bat, the we were seated with a dry server that looked/sounded like she hated her job. We were given plates for ourappetizer, top one was clean, bottom one was covered in the remnants of a salad. At this point I?m starting to tally up themistakes and I?m started to get worried about the burgers we just ordered. After 35 minutes of waiting. Sure enough COLDburgers were brought to our table and I mean the fries were dry and cold too. The whole thing, It?s like you took a meal andleft it on the counter for an hour then served it to me. These are fried items, they should definitely be hot and the burgerincluded. (I?m a young knowledgeable butcher) The best thing were the house margs. Otherwise steer clear man. Steer clear. Read more
