I was expecting a nice experience we've been wanting to go to Red Robin for months. We got a booth. We thought we had a server... who was attentive to details... We had to ask for our drinks that we ordered. We had no silverware..so we asked for a set. Ourdrinking water tasted strange. Our broccoli was cold and rubbery.our server was either too busy with other tables. And simplyforgot what was missing from our experience.."her" she was nice and talkative,but simply forgot our drinks silverware and wasnowhere in sight. Ordered take out with convenient curbside pickup tonight. They have Donato's pizza which was delicious. Ordered the bacon pub... burger on a pretzel bun that came with beer cheese sauce. It was SO good! Steak fries were good but needed to be cooked a littlelonger. Still highly recommended. Read more

Today, the food quality really sucked. I placed an order to go and the fries weren't even warm, though they said I had to wait... for them to be cooked. The burger is okay, but not great like they usually are. The person who took my order was nice which isthe only reason they got more than one star. Sad. Read more
