The grilled chicken fries???? delicious. I have yet to get something I didn't like from this place.
I came in late at night and they were still open. Food was decently priced and came out very quickly. The burrito was decent,... the sides were good, and and I enjoyed the self-serve topping bar they offered as well. I?d probably be back in if I were to bein this area of Vegas sometime in the future! Simple food but okay. Big portions.
Not actually 24 hrs. I?m here at 3:24am 9/19/22. Had my lil heart set on some carnitas and horchata. Sad face.
The cashier (older lady with tattooed makeup was super rude. The food is more expensive than other Roberto's and smaller... portions and the salsa bar was dirty and half the trays were empty. I bought the 3 rolled taquitos and a medium horchata paidalmost $13. WTH.... I ate my food was about to leave and I put ice in my cup, went to the cashier, the rude lady was cleaningsome tables as I was about to as the man behind the counter how much was a refill on the horchata, the rude lady yelled you haveto buy a whole new soda because that's what I bought to begin with. I told her no, I bought horchata she could look at thereceipt I just put it in the trash, she started yelling saying are you sure it was horchata. I said yes she said well you haveto buy a new one full price there's no refills I said that's fine but you expect me to buy another drink full price she yelledYES. I said no other Roberto's have ever done that. She said well we're franchise so we're not all the same. I said okay. NOthank you put my cup in the trash and walked out. There was absolutely NO reason for her to yell at me and accuse me of notbuying the horchata in the first place. I came into this Rebertos and paid $30 dollars for 12 rolled tacos which by the way is suppose to have everything on it that's... why they charge you and arm and a leg. And one carne asada burrito no drinks. Worst customer service and way over priced. Read more
Very good food, but slightly different tasting depending on location.
