I?ve never had this issue before but I had two orders of menudo full of cow hairs! This means it wasn?t cleaned properly! I?ve... definitely had a couple of hair in it and obviously that?s fine but literally every spoon full had hair. So I spent $30 on foodthat is not edible. Horrible place.Cashier was totally rude. Gave us the wrong order. She screamed at us so I asked for my money back. She kept... telling us what to order. Angry Latin women with no manners. I was shocked because I am an older Latin woman. In our cultureolder people are honored.Not so in this case. Sad. I will never order there again. Read more
Never had a problem cause you kinda pay for what you get but last night Found a broken toothpick or whatever they use to hold... the taco together in my food. Thought it was a shell then took it out of my mouth and it was a broken stick. Happens I guesscause it?s taco Wednesday but they needa be more careful. Tacos were just ok. We had fish tacos and adobada. The fish tacos were fine but the sauce was a bit weird, a kind of tartar... sauce which didn't seem to fit IMO. The adobada was pretty chewy and had no flavor, which I'm not sure about it but thatdoesn't seem right to me. Last the price is quite a bit higher than competitors, coming in at about $5 per taco. I?ve been coming to this location for 10 years, and the quality has just gone downhill with the younger daytime cook, the... cashier is always nice and swing shift/night shift cook is great... I got charged $10 for a carne asada burrito with sour cream,normally it?s a good size portion of food, but I literally got all pico de Gallo, and a COUPLE pieces of chewy/fatty carne asadawrapped with so much tortilla left that I was ripping off the tortilla. I left not even full and extremely disappointed...I?dsay if you are going to go to this location, wait until the older cook on nights is working so you don?t get ripped off. Read more
