So terrible how this locations food quality went down the drain. 13 years the place was so clean everything made fresh never... forgot to give us our carrots and onions. Now restraunt is filthy food crumbs all over the tables. Floor not swept kitchensurfaces look dirty. Windows and table tops not wiped down and tacos tasted like old grease. We asked for 2 bags of carrots(willing to pay extra) did not even get one bag. All the guy kept saying was "I got you" paid $35.00 for 3 crunchy tacos and 3carne asada tacos. Shredded chicken crunchy tacos had crusty dried edges tacos not fresh shells were hard...nasty food. GoodbyeRobertos your quality no longer matters so were out. Read more
Don?t like to share my thoughts like this but I went through the drive thru around midnight and Im pretty sure I handed the lady... at the window 25 and was only handed back a 5 but my order total was 14.90? I didn?t catch it right away since she was so fastto hand me back the 5 and give me the food right away. Then when I got home, which I should start to check my orders more often,I didn?t even get the order I had asked for I got some other cars order?.. It really was all around a bad experience and notthey way I expected my day to end. Read more

This picture is a quesadilla, with a pool of grease at the bottom. What a disgrace. I got the machaca torta and the egg was... disgusting. Meat tasted fine but there was barely any in there. Orders take forever. Lady at the cashier hates the job clearlyand takes it out on you. Spend your money somewhere else. Read more
Been sitting behind this truck in the drive thru for 30 minutes before even moving forward... got a few more vehicles behind me... as well.... this location for some reason always takes forever in the drive thru. No matter if they are slow or busy. They don'trespect anyone's time. No sure who manages this location but they need to be demoted. Their food at this location I'd say6-7/10... my favorite location is Vegas Dr and Rainbow! But they don't have a drive thru. Food there is 10/10 Read more
This was the best robertos in vegas until i went i usally go through the drive thru,i went in and ordered and the energy was off... and i was waited for my food and i was watching them and the cook used his hands no gloves it was horrible and i was just inshock ,i will never go back to this one .they need to where gloves period .
