Ordered a deep dish Chicago style pizza and what I received was just a deep dish pizza which was all dough and as close to zero... cheese that you can get. Sorry but if you are paying $28 for a deep dish pizza you would hope to get something more than doughand tomato sauce....No comparison to Giordanos. I originally was going to give 1 star but i will change to 3 because the Doughisnt too bad and tomatoe sauce was also not bad, just needs way more cheese. If I knew that it was just 3 inches of dough withminimal cheese i would of just ordered a regular pie. Read more
Placed an order for delivery and the driver forgot 2 of the items. I called and they said they would redeliver the items - no... problem. 1 hour later we still didnt get them so i called and asked for a refund. Then the manager argued with me on the phonefor 10 minutes. Guy lacked compassion and didn't care at all that our dinner plans were ruined because of their error. I paid adelivery fee and a 20% tip to ensure a pretty simple order to be delivered. I have been ordering rosatis for over 20 years. Useto be a a driver for them when I was 16. Never again. Check out Amore, taste of Chicago or windy city beefs and pizza for betterfood and way better hospitality. Read more
For the FIRST time EVER, either dining in, picking up or delivery, we had a horrible customer service experience with Rosati's... last night. I called to place our order, because although it's extremely rare for Rosati's food to not be excellent, one of themanagers had given us a credit for a pizza that we received last month that was not up to Rosati's standards (We had takenphotos and offered to send them to him). He advised that we would need to call to order next time in order to use the credit..So, I did. I ended up wishing that we had put the previous experience behind us, and tried to find a new favorite pizzaplace. When I called, I spoke with a girl named Jay (unsure of the spelling). The conversation began pleasantly. However, onceI began to ask questions to clarify ANYTHING, she began to act perturbed. I was only trying to ensure that I was ordering thekind of pizza we like, and to make sure our order was correct. At one point, she must have thought I was on hold, and I heardher say the following things:, "She's complaining about the cost of the pizza." (I guarantee, the cost of a pizza wouldn't be anissue). And, "Oh my gosh!" When I tried to explain I was only trying to get the order correct, and that I was, "Sorry forbothering her.." She said that, since I changed my mind about something, she, "had to get a manager to help her." We ordered anextra large (large would have been fine), double dough (I now know we prefer their regular crust), Classic Combo pizza, an orderof fried mushrooms, 6 regular wings and 6 BBQ wings. Their wings are fabulous. They are some of the best we have had. Althoughthe food was good, the aggravation leading up to receiving it, and the awful way I was treated by the girl taking the order wasbad. I would like to thank the manager, Tyler, who did his best to make right the issue we had with our previous order. And, toalso thank the delivery driver; He was very nice. Read more

First time here, everything we ordered was delicious. Good location not too crowded which was nice. Both Lindsay and Jamie were... very helpful. I was too full to order dessert but I am fully looking forward to trying the Crispy dough with Nutella next time! Read more
This will be the last time I order from this store!!!! Horrible customer service!! I?ve ordered a Cheef sandwich with fries and... they forgot the sandwich. I ordered again after awhile and the fries looked like they came out of a hut tub. The next time Iordered and the Italian sausage was undercooked! They forgot the mozzarella sticks and chicken tenders. I left a note to pleasemake the fries a little crispy and then they sent all the sandwiches without fries. Called and talked to the manager and shelaughed. I really like Rosatis and this place and the horrible and incompetent staff are giving this franchise a bad name. Read more
