Was a long time customer for the last few years ordering pizzas for the family and appreciated supporting the local pizza shop... in the community, but customer service has gone the the drain and is terrible. Called on 05/20/22 at 6 pm and the lady was nothelpful at all. She decided to hang up on me while I was telling her my order as she seemed impatient. Do not recommend thisplace if you value your self respect and time. When impatient people make your pizza better hope its not under cooked. Read more

Was actually quite disappointed with this Rosati?s location. Having grown up in the homeland of Rosati?s and actually knowing... several members of a Rosati?s family, this location is not what I would call up to par. The sauce tasted really, really sweet ?like they had put a ton of sugar into it. The service was strictly mediocre. There was one person running the entire place,which included several people sitting down to eat and the carry out section. I would recommend ordering from a differentRosati?s if you truly enjoy Rosati?s Pizza. Read more
I placed my order online and it was ready for pickup in under 30 mins. I ordered the thin crust Classic Combo and an order of... the cheesy bread stix with a side of marinara. Everything looked delicious! Unfortunately, looks can be deceiving. I was reallydisappointed with the flavor, or lack there of, with the pizza and cheesy bread stix. Coming from a place where there was only one place to get a real deep dish pizza and really nowhere to get Italian beef... sandwiches, the number of options in LV is almost overwhelming. I've had the opportunity to try most of them at this point andnone of them are bad. Some are better than others. When it comes to Rosati's, the pizza is very good but I believe that theirItalian beef is the best in town. I haven't tried the deep dish yet because the people who introduced us to it prefer the thincrust and we were sharing a pie. We liked the thin crust so much that when we came back alone, we ordered it again so trying thedeep dish is still on our to-do list. Either way, this location is in great proximity to us and we like it very much so we'll beback often. I should also note that the friend who introduced us to this grew up in Chicago and has solid food cred with us. Read more
Amazing service and the pizza was hot/ready when I came to pickup. My first time having Chicago style thin crust and I will... definitely be coming back to this location for more. Pictured is the ?Rosati?s Monster.? The cannoli?s are also superb, I mustsay. They?ve definitely earned a new customer and the hospitality from the woman working the counter is just another reason togo. If you want a taste of Chicago in Vegas and don?t feel like looking for parking at a strip location, come to Rosati?s. Read more
