Pizza was cold ! Ordered garlic parmesan wings and got season-less SLASH TASTELESS buttery hard wings with no garlic or Parmesan... . Called the restaurant spoke with owner. The owner was condescending and refused to correct the problem or accommodate theissue. The owner was very rude and claimed to have seen the wings prior to delivery. The owner was very argumentative and statedhe can only give a credit of $5 for $14 wings. Now I will have to dispute with the bank. WILL NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN! DO NOTORDER FOOD FROM HERE! What a place! Incredible service matches amazing food? Z is a treasure. I loved the food & the atmosphere .. a wonderful... neighborhood pizzeria to catch a football game, have a Peroni and have some of the best wings in the valley .. best lemonpepper wings I?ve had in a long time .. the pizza is top notch and I felt like I was home. Great place to dine in for some pizza. Staff was friendly and attentive. Prices are decent. My son and I shared a medium thin... crust pepperoni pizza and both enjoyed it. Peppers tasted really good! I also love some of the Michigan decorations they hadup! Read more
Lacks consistency and clueless on how to square cut a pizza. Over priced. Try Papa John's. You will get a better pizza and deal.
We have ordered from Rustica for years and my family loves it. Great people great service great food. We ordered today and when... the delivery driver arrived I was a jackass(no fault of the driver) to the driver and driver kept his cool and was polite. So Iwant to say I apologize for being rude and thank you for handling it professionally. You all are great and we will continue toorder. Read more
I was very pleased with the service from Rustica the pizza?s that I ordered were absolutely delicious. Best pizza I have had... since I moved to Vegas 3 years ago. The delivery time was fast especially for the amount of food that I ordered which was a lot.And I even received a phone call from the restaurant later to check and make sure all the pizza?s I ordered were good they wereworried because one of the pizza?s was sticking in the oven and they were afraid that it may not have turned out perfect.
