The very first time we ordered boba tea from here, it was perfect, and I was stoked that such a good boba place had opened up so... close to home. We bought some teas today in the evening, and holy heck, I have never tasted a tea so bitter, ridiculouslyoverbearingly strong, beyond over-steeped. I get regular sweetness, and there was barely even a subtle sweetness to be hinted atby the pearls with the tea being so unbearably strong. I can?t even get a hint of the roasted brown sugar, which I recalltasting delectable last time. I?m trying to fix one of them (the empty one - the roasted flavored Okinawa one) and hoping forthe best, but it won?t be the same as enjoying it freshly made with the shop?s ingredients. When a business says their open until 9pm and you arrive at 8:50pm to purchase a product that is NOT hard to make and the... response says, ?sorry we are closed.? This is unacceptable. I understand you may want to go ?home? but business is still open.If this is the case then adjust ur hours appropriately. Close at 8:30pm! The schedule says 9pm. 8:50p means open right? Read more

I order the Ginger Milk Tea unfortunately you can not get it with 50% less sweet as it is premixed, but it still not bad. Taro... slush is tasty and Milk tea is good also. Staff here is friendly. Read more

As I?m trying to enter the store a coworker cuts me off to enter the store and then he shuts the door in my face. I enter after... him and then he goes behind the counter and continues to ignore me. The other workers are ignoring me too at this point Ipolitely asked them if that?s how they greet their customers by cutting them off and then shutting the door in their face andthen they tell me that they don?t wanna hear it and that they?re having a bad day too. I tell them that I?m sorry they?re havinga bad day but that does not mean they can disrespect a customer so blatantly. I visited the store around 12:00 pm on 11/05 for the for the first time . I had asked for a drink on the menu with oolong base... tea and they refused to make it . I said that was fine and asked for a simple taro milk tea . I paid and tipped them than left .Upon trying my taro tea I noticed it tasted a lot like milk and barely like taro.
